Low cost alternative, but many items are not bundled together, i.e., battery operated items are sold separately, for example: saw, battery and charger. You can get a better brand and or price at Lowe's or Home Depot

This place is usually pretty busy. They keep the store clean and all the items are in order. The cashiers are always helpful and nice. The store assistants are helpful and try to best serve you. They will go the extra mile and try to find other comparable substitutions that could help you complete whatever project you are currently working on. Parking can be chaotic but this is out of the store's control.

Stores Nice Prices Fair But Unless Want To Feel Like Your Stealing Or Doing Something Wrong, I Recomend Not Going Here. They ALL Follow You Around It's Pretty Unprofessional & Makes You Unconfterable Completely.

Customer service is lacking. I watched a few YouTube videos on which blade I needed for a saw I was purchasing. Numerous people passed and not one asked if I needed any help. Finally asked someone and she wasn't sure which blade I needed.

I am fully amazed with so many tools and gadgets to purchase. The staff is key on with any needs that are available; Alisha and other staff were completely helpful and directive to my requests.Harbor freight does close at their given time, I know it I made it to the store with 30 seconds and counting.I would like to be a hired member to work at harbor freight!Thank you Harbor Freight and a Happy Thanksgiving!Bertha

Worst harbor freight store, in the area. Tried to pawn off battery powered grass trimmers as "factory reconditioned"?? Trimmer still had dirt and debris all over the trimmer head. Ridiculous.
