Don't go in on Sunday ?, I asked for pre rolls and got home and no pre rolls in the bag... he gave me regular flow ? , this is the second time I've gone in and didn't get what I asked for...Seems like lack of training or not paying attention... I asked for pre rolls several times looking at the list in front of me...

Grabbed some Grand Daddy Purp today, with the price I grabbed 3.5 at you should check out this place! Fruity Pebbles strain, ima try out too. The Budtenders were very nice and worked with me! Highly recommended!

First thing first the customers service was amazing. The staff was super friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. Which is always appreciated by the customer. However my problem is with the product. I purchased 3 pre different pre rolls and when I went home and unwrapped them (I do this specifically for this reason) and all three of them were yellow sticks and leaf's. It looked like something off the floor and it was so disappointing because I've heard great things about this place. I couldn't believe they are trying to sell these as 14$ (with tax) each! If you want great customer service then this is the place if you want good flower then go somewhere else.

WOW!! I mean WWWOOOOWWW!! GrassRoots RX has the absolute DANKEST Bud this side of the Mississippi! Not only was their staff incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgable; they also have amazing deals and the best devil's lettuce i've ever smoked!

This place has terrible bud,I went in to buy some of the sale bud this week. I was told my the bud tender that they trim the bud really Good! I got home and had to through it all out. I Wouldn't buy anything from this place again. Do yourself a favor go to Purlife for your bud and High Desert Relief for your wax. You might pay a lil bit more for the bud at Purlife, but you'll be so much happier you did.The photos say it all, you don't need to take my word for it. The bud tender at Grassroots Gave me bad advice.
