The worst service I have received in a long time. I worked with J starting in October to get five shirts printed. He had the proof made up on 11/4. He didn't print for two weeks. Then when I picked them up, the colors were wrong. He said he'd fix it immediately for me and reprint them. I called and emailed for two weeks about the reprinted shirts with only a "let me check into it" even from the manager, Scott, or "I'll have J call you back" with no call back. Last week they said it would be ready on Friday. Friday came and they weren't ready. They said they would be ready today (the next Friday). I called this morning and they weren't printed. They finally printed them and I picked them up. The coloring is still not right, but I don't have the heart to argue again. Order placed in October and it took seven weeks to get it. I would recommend not using this printing company to anyone.

Graphic Connection did a fantastic job on some custom, color mousepads for our company. Daniel was a pleasure to work with front start to finish. The ordering process was simple, our art proof arrived on time and best of all, the price was within budget. Highly recommend to anyone in New Mexico needing customer printed solutions!
