I placed an online order September 9th, promising it should arrive by October 4. When checking online to see the status of the order on October 4th, it stated it hasn't been shipped. Grainger is not a reliable company and buyer should beware!

4 out of 5 visits pain-free. The 5th...fairly painful, but I'm actively trying to forget. Thank you Paul for that. Would recommend four out of five times.

I'm a truck driver. This is the second time I've delivered to this location. Both times everyone has been super friendly and they always get me in and out of here in under and hour. I honestly wish I could deliver here way more often. Not only is this a great delivery place, but I love being in Albuquerque.

Was on a time crunch to purchase supplies for another team in our agency. I had no clue what to get or how many, zero clue about anything (not my department). I was helped by a wonderful dude (I am u sure how to spell his name). He was beyond patient with me as I kept having to call the department head to verify what type/clarify what he wanted purchased. 10/10 for customer service! Very kind and funny too while we waited. Store was clean and had ample parking!

Needed a unique part, looked ALL over town and they only ones who carried it! Not crowded at all! Handicap parking. Clean parking lot as well as store. Right off of major road. No instructions, giant red letters on sign, easy to spot! Very helpful staff.

We started our interaction with granger the last week of June 29, 2021. Since then they have placed my order 6 -7 different times. It has gone to Kentucky and this past holiday weekend we were not made aware they would stay closed till the 6th. We were told today that our order is in New Mexico but in Los Cruses. We were then told it was sent there because that's what we told them to send it to nobody's gonna make that mistake. The representative proceeded to tell my HVac rep that he should just drive to cruses and get it. After a Very irritated customer had to step outside to get himself together and not tell off the rep he goes back in to a manager who said hey we see there's one coming at 12 today come back. It sounds like they are driving to cruses themselves to get it. I call customer service to make sure on that order coming at noon they claim. Surprise the agent doesn't see it. Still trying to get my part. Being told a new order would be placed. So let's see how long without air-conditioning before they can figure out how to place my order. I have children 3 & 4 and they seem to think that a local business without any business being conducted is doing just fine financially. Small local businesses are usually ran by families my family is at work with me everyday we all go to our workshop and handle business. We are about to be going on 2 weeks now unable to be in the extremely hot work room which means no business has been conducted which means we are now financially behind because these representatives can't get my order to the right address mind you, I do not know anyone or have any business in cruses and I'm not typing or pressing keys to place the order but it is somehow my fault that the orders are all messed up. Isn't this just Rich.

1/15/2021 Grainger Heater blower motor went out on a Friday. I bought a new one from Grainger in Albuquerque on Osuna Blvd. Upon installing it I discovered it was not a new motor. Case and labels were scratched. Mounting bolt bent. Arbor shaft marred where a pulley had been on it and the end of the shaft flattened out by numerous hammer blows where whatever was on it had been forcibly removed. It had obviously been installed previously and returned then sold again as a new item. I called Graingers 1-800 number. It was now getting close to closing time with a 3 day weekend ahead, below freezing temperatures forecast and no heater. I was told there was one in stock. Grainger would pull the replacement motor, have it on the counter waiting and would stay the 10 minutes past closing time it would take me to get there. I should go to the "Will Call window.' When I arrived Grainger was closed. It was 10 minutes past closing time. I went to the "will call" window but no one answered. I went to the door but no one responded. I called the 1-800 number again. The operator I spoke too said someone should be there for me. She tried calling them. No answer. I then saw the clerk who had sold me the faulty used motor leaving. I shouted out and approached him. He turned his head and ignored me. He jumped in his car and sped out. I was still on the phone with the Grainger representative who was as puzzled as I. She continued trying to contact the store. Another employee came out. Ignored me. Then another whom I caught up with who became very rude, expressed he could care less about my situation he was going home. When I inquired his name he said "tell them it's Mike." the he turned and left. It was now close to 5pm when a pair of employees walked out together. I asked them if they could help. They ignored me. I continued asking them until the male employee, very angry finally listened. He told me twice he would do nothing but finally relented to at least check the counter to see if the motor had been pulled and was there. It was and he begrudgingly exchanged the motor for me. I still had the representative on the phone. None of Graingers employees would agree to speak to her during this fiasco. I was treated very badly by this companys employees and would like to see some action taken by Grainger. Sales order #1404039119, 1404019397, 1403442491 Exchange order1404019397
