I frequented this goodwill for a long time and am sad to say its quality and overall atmosphere have not just dipped but dropped completely off. I chitchat with the staff and other customers and have been informed that upper management has fired nearly all the staff. Some for giving each other special prices which is reasonable but to learn that other staff got fired for what i was told were "unfair" and "plain stupid reasons" like smoking pot on the weekends etc. all the friendly and helpful workers are gone and the worst of all is that they fired the workers that actually knew about the items they were putting out. The last time i was in there was literally trash on the shelves. Dirty and broken items, electronics without cords. And pricing that made no rthyme or reason. Pots and pans covered in grease for 14.99 but then i saw a man in the cd isle grabbing 12-16 TurboGrafx 16 games priced at 2.99 a piece when used go for $200 each(lucky him) none of the remaining workers have anything positive to say and seem unsure of there own job security. The manager currently even says she doesn't know if she wants to keep the job lol! The sentiment overall is that corporate came in and tried to fix things but bungled it all. Now this location is essentially dead. Whoever michelle is, abd whatever her position is should be ashamed. Goodwill doesnt seem to help or care and i(all customers) hear this echoed by the remaining staff and disappointing shelves. Also dont buy furniture unless your strong. There used to be a strong young man who would go out of his way to help carry whatever size furniture with a smile, nobody will help anymore. Sad to see and apologies for the rant but this really pissed me off.

I needed some black boots so I wasn't wearing high cuffed pants with the ugliest gray and orange tennis shoes around Albequerque. There were many pairs Iiked, but none where my size. So guess what. I wore the ugliest gray and orange shoes with the pants around Albequerque.

Used to like going to this store there were 2 managers who worked there that were helpful and pleasant but have not seen them in about 2 weeks what a shame now this store is going to go down the toilet ???? won’t be shopping at this location anymore I’m surprised all the other employees haven’t quit too ??????????????

Found some Christmas stuff, I thought was on sale, nope, but okay. Just be careful when they scan your items, I was charged twice for an item, they corrected it.it was my highest priced item of course.

Meh, I think I remember why we don’t shop at Goodwill as often as we used to. They have a decent selection of clothes, but it’s kind of disorganized and there are “women’s” tags on clothes for men and stuff like that. Also, stuff like toys are ridiculously overpriced for what you can get from a dollar store. At least the employees were friendly. I recommend just going to a regular thrift store.

They are super nice employees here. Some stuff marked too high? Some stuff not marked. But they were super kind to my kiddo so I have no complaints.

I enjoy going to all the goodwills in the area. Menaul is well organized and has great staff.The prices are fair most of the time for anything you may need! Go often because their stock does not last!
