Worse service and care. Took my lab in for a examination which never happened. Had 4 ladies come in and look at my dog and basically pet her. They wanted to charge me $344 for work that was never done or explained why each one would be necessary. Walked out knowing less than what I took my dog in for. Just seemed I was bothering them and didn’t want to deal with the issue or give advice. Very poor customer service from each and every employee there

I love good shepherd animal clinic. The staff is great and the prices are reasonable. I take both my cats here.

Good Shepherd has been my primary vet for all 4 of my pets for years. Good Shepherd has completely changed my life and are always there for our babies. They always get us in very quickly and take the best care of our babies! Would recommend to anyone looking for a caring and affordable vet.

They were the only ones that took my little dog in to find out he had pneumonia, gave him a shot, nobody else would take him in because they're all too full, the hell with them Thank you so much

The staff definitely was not friendly at this place. The vet never even introduced herself. The vet tech was not friendly at all just picked up my dog, put it on the table. When I asked for information, they would barely give me anything. I highly recommend nobody goes here!!!!!

Took down my fiancé's review !! Roo is missed EVERY second of the day by our family.. You could have done more. And the sympathy and love we got from the emergency vet we had to take her to because she couldn't breath was more than you offered.
instead you sent her home when you could have saved her!

I have come here once with my pup and twice with my kitties. Doctor Skains has done an amazing job with my animals each time and I feel so blessed to have found such a good vet. She was able to do some diagnosing on my pup and after a few X-rays we found my baby has IVDD which she helped discuss what the next course of action was thoroughly. With my kittens she performed a neuter on my male and it went beautifully. All of the Vet techs here as well as the receptionist are all very nice and accommodating as well. I definitely recommend for anyone who wants a vet that cares as well as staff to come here!!
