The staff members are very kind friendly and knowledgeable. They offered to stay a moment later for a time when I wasn't going to be able to make it during the time frame I was going to be given and that to me is very appreciated because everyone has a home life to go to after a work day. Another thing is they speak to you with,I'll call it respect ,no matter your age or anything like that. The older lady who took care of my move out I wish I knew member her name she is a good luck charm couldn't thank her enough for her concern and attentiveness.

I have been a customer for over 6 years. From day one this has been a horrible company. If I wasn’t so busy I would have moved my items out year one, however I continued.Issue 1 units are always full of dirtIssue 2 units have dead and live mice that leave droppings on and in your stuffIssue 3 general manager is rude and claims to own the facilityIssue 4 they are never willing to work with you on feesIssue 5 they refused to take my final payment and close out my contractLast month, I had some fraud on my account and was waiting on a new debit card. I shared this with them and asked if they can take payment once I received the new card. They said no problem, what they didn’t tell me was they will charge me a late fee of $25.00. I tried over and over to get this fee waived, they refused. When I asked to talk to the GM the counter guy stated he was the GM ? When I asked who the owner was, this same GM is also supposedly the owner. I had no luck contacting the owner. I understand policy, but I also understand customer service. This company lacks every quality you would expect of a company.Icing on the cake is they are charging me for an extra month.After going back and forth they refused to take my payment over the phone and forcing me to come in face to face because he didn’t like the way I was speaking to him. I guess they want to get physical with me?!!!

My mothers storage unit just got broken into yesterday. I called the GM Josue today. I asked where is the video surveillance and he informed me "the wires were cut". My mom took pics and all visible wires are still intact. He had no empathy. He said they probably "jumped the fence". So people your stuff is not safe nor secure!! His only defense is "she should have used one of our locks". Wow..

My unit was broken into from a side unit. Everything of value the could carry was taken. I got no help from the storage facility. High crime

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE RENT UNITS HERE. I rented a unit here, had it for 2 days. Didn't move anything in, didn't even step foot on the property to put a lock on the door. Called back 2 days later, explained that I no longer needed the unit, offered to pay a proration for the 2 days I had taken up that they could have rented to someone else. And he was extremely rude and stated that under no circumstances would I get my money back. He just kept referring to "page 2 of the contract" I am a business man as well and I understand how business works, but this is about human decency, and moral standards. This business model has neither. I am not only reviewing this as a person who was wronged by this business, but as someone who lives in this community and does not want to see others screwed over. I have filed a complaint with the the Better Business Bureau. If you have been wronged by this business I suggest you do the same.

I needed a little mercy this month. My daughters Clarinet got stolen at college and I got the flu. Global storage applied 2 late fees on my account. I explained to the manager that I needed to get a piece of equipment out and he could apply the late fees to next month. He acted like the phone call was so bothersome. Obviously the manager is above the working class.

It is the worst place you can have your things, they broke my lock and stole many things and the manager is the most despotic, they did not solve anything for me, they spoke to the police "according to them" but without me being present when I arrived the police had already left. gone and very cynically they tell me here they often steal seriously? If they had told me that when signing the contract I would not have done it, and apart from everything they did not want to give me the video of the cameras and what I was able to grab from the video did not look like anything and it must be a safe place with cameras in everything That's why your establishment pays one, but if I could I would give them -0.
