my family and I have been preparing out taxes With Gilbert Sanches Income Tax Service for three generations. We have never had any issues. Everyone is professional and work hard for their clients.

I've been doing taxes here for about 4-5 years staff that have filed my taxes have been very polite to me. One thing that got me upset was sitting next to Gilbert's office and making rude comments telling his clients that Americans are lazy first of all NOT ALL Americans are lazy!! He says kids are lazy and don't want to work. And made a comment that Mexicans want to work. Americans get mad that they take our jobs. No, we just don't work for cheap labor!! 1st of All a lot of Americans work my son's father is an engineer at Intel and is an American, I have my Associate degree in Paralegal and I have worked and I am American My son is American just turned 20yrs old and he is graduating with his associate's degree in computer science and cyber security. He will be doing a PAID internship at Sandia Labs he is American. So please Gilbert doesn't put every American as lazy because some screw-ups don't want to work doesn't mean we all are them. Believe me, NOT all Mexicans want to work and there is A lot of Mexican kids who don't even go to college or work they have US citizen because their parents cross over and are immigrants. So don't be quick to put an American down when you were given a business by your parents that you didn't build but was handed down to you. please keep your personal opinion behind doors not where everyone can hear you! I bet you don't have a problem or have a comment to all the American clients that do their taxes at your office. Their money pays your and all staff's paychecks. I just paid $230 of my American money and I didn't see you complain when it was getting deposit to your bank account

How do you give negative stars? Screwed up on my taxes TWICE. Both times, couldn't get a hold of anyone for weeks despite leaving multiple messages only to get a snarky message where the owner says I didn't know I was supposed to file your taxes that way just pay the NM tax and rev whatever they're asking now. Didn't even try to get the case dismissed. No accountability for their work. Paid H&R block to deal with tax Dept who got the case closed. BEWARE they take no accountability, you'll pay the same price to h&r block but they guarantee their work so if they screw up, they represent and pay any penalties. STAY AWAY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE

Made a mistake on my taxes, can't get anyone to call you back, when you get a hold of someone their response is oops shrug you off, they take no responsibility for their work. After Gilbert died, the quality of their services have gone downhill fast. Go somewhere else, you'll pay the same price for better service
