Not friendly and Rude service especially Cristal store clerk. When into the store to purchase cigarettes and beer and Gatorades.. I walk in to the store to grab Gatorades , she also ask me of my ID, I walk outside to my car to grab it . We both showed her our ID’s . she ring us up and when we were going to pay, she decided to refuse service to us.. because we made a comment in Spanish language “they had never asked for both of our IDs Which we had no issue with that.. I friendly ask her why she was refuse services to us and mention because my husband had gotten mad at her! In no way were we rude to her. we have been going there for over 20 yrs never had we had such a bad experience.. so disappointed for our local neighborhood gas station ..

A middling convenience store with the expected high prices. Not the cleanest place I've been in, but they had a public restroom, which seems to be less and less common these days, so I have to give them marks for that. The employees were surprisingly friendly and helpful.

They charge over the listed items inside the store. At the registar every item we attempted to purchase rang up higher than the posted prices. This has been happening for months and then issue still persists.

Not friendly. Tried to charge for a coffee when we only wanted hot water, and with a bad attitude all the while. Go to Maverik instead, the trip is well worth avoiding the bad vibes here.

Came by tonight taking a grubhub order w my boyfriend. Store was closed, no biggie, but he had to take a picture of the “closed” sign to show grubhub to cancel the order. We’re sitting in front of the store for about 10 minutes just hanging out waiting for another order, car off, when the woman closing comes outside and starts yelling that we can “call corporate if we’re so upset“ and that they’re closed because they’re short staffed. My boyfriend calls back saying he just had to take a picture for grubhub and we literally dont care if they’re closed, we’re just sitting here. She continues to yell at us about calling corporate for a minute and goes back inside. Delusional. Super uncomfortable experience.

I was wondering if anyone knows the name of the manager that worked here this time last year?! My family and I were vacationing back in April of 2021 and I would like to thank them for helping us during a difficult time! I believe his name is Zane. There was a female manager as well! Thank you!!!

This place is what the true meaning of convenience store came from. Stands by it's meaning cuz that's exactly what it is. Especially being in a rural place like the D. Valley. Always good service and friendly place. A variety of choices for your needs.
