Drove all around town lookinging for an above average size rubber washer after trying to install a commercial faucet and tearing the original. Went to several different big box stores and couldn't find one in the size I needed. Called a plumbing company and they recommend this place. Why it wasn,t at the top of the list when I google rubber washers I don't know! But if you need an above average size rubber washer or any seals or gaskets I definitely recommend this place. We walked in with our broken rubber washer and we're greeted right away. Gentleman took some measurements, went to the back, came back in less then a minute and we walked out with the right piece. Save the day! Thank you again. Five stars today for customer service, professionalism, and attentiveness. Highly recommend.

I'm currently working on a home DIY high vacuum project and am not purchasing in bulk and more than half of my orders have been special ordered items. This kinda makes me a more difficult customer to them but not a Karen, lol. The most of my purchases are o rings so far and not more than 10 but they are made specialized materials for heat, high vacuum, and non-outgassing qualities.So let's get into it, they are awesome here! Never dropped the ball and everything has gone well. We have made 6 orders here over a years time and have had a good experience each time. Sorry to be a difficult customer but your awesome! Thank you for following up, expertise, and never dropping the ball.As far as my project.....got about two more months until complete and still plan to keep coming back.

If you need a seal or gasket this guys are the first ones you need to check out, I needed a seal for a pool filter and the pool supply wanted $49.95, I bought it from this guys for $2.00.
