We came to look at the new traverse and was pleased to see they had plenty in stock. Envencio came and greeted us immediately and took my husband and I on a test drive. We fell in love with the car and decided to look at numbers and Envenvio, managers and the GM were able to get us the payments that would fit our budget! Lorenzo in finance was also very helpful! This by far had been the absolute best experience I had buying a vehicle! Cippy went above and beyond to get me into a brand new vehicle including working on his day off! Ive never dealt with a salesman as awesome as he was, and to top it off everyone else at the dealership treated us with respect and kindness, from the time we got there to the time we left. Joshua did a 5 star amazing job getting us into a new truck. This was the eaist dealership I have ever worked with. You can tell it is a family owned and operated dealership. During the whole experience it was like working with family. They listened to us and worked with us to get into a new truck. This was my first experience since purchasing my vehicle at Galles, it will also be my last. We scheduled the service online, saying that it was for a oil change, milage recommended service, as well as Safety Restraint System warning.
Upon arrival, the service writer greeted me, asking why I was there. I told them that I had an appointment and the reason for my visit. The next question I was asked, was I prepared to leave my vehicle for 7-10 days, which was quite the shock. I then asked why an oil change would take that long, being told that it would be for the diagnostic on my care for the warning. I stated that I was not prepared and would need to schedule that for another time, as I would need a loaner vehicle, as I drive for work. I said that I would be waiting and was initially told that my vehicle would take 3-4 hours for an oil change, this is with a scheduled appointment. I said this would not work and that I needed to leave within 90 minutes. The service writer then checked and told me that they would have my car done. I will give 1 star, as my vehicle was done within the 90 minute time line.
Upon completion, a second service writer brought me the paperwork, not having looked that it was covered, having to go back and edit the ticket, as it was a covered service. Again, I asked about the warning, being told that I would have to leave the vehicle for 7-10 days for a diagnostic, while the repair may be able to be completed within 1 days once determined. I said that I would need to schedule it when I could have a loaner vehicle. I was told that was not an option, as loaner vehicles are only provided for services that take >1 day, which this may not. This was after being told more than once that I would have to leave my vehicle for 7-10 days for diagnostics. At this time, I told the service writer that I would be looking elsewhere for further service, as that it unreasonable. He told me "good luck" as they are that backed up due to everyone else's wait times.
I have to say that while I had been warned, by a member of the Galles staff, that dealing with the service team left something to be desired, I did not expect this level of disrespect and lack of caring. From the initial experience of being greeted by the "new" service provider, who was clueless as to what I was there for, especially when scheduled for an appointment and did not seem to concerned about my time or needs to the second service writer who did not seem to care for the loss of business or even try and find a solution, I can say that I will not be coming back again.
Given that I have spent many years in and around the car business, many in the service realm, I know the importance of these rating to both the overall company and the service teams bottom line and income, I would expect more of a service attitude and willingness to help.

Cippy was my mother’s salesperson. He was patient, informative and very attentive to all of her concerns, needs and wants from a vehicle. Sales person, sales managers, finance manager and the detailer, the entire staff was amazing!
