I've been taking my preschooler grandson to g-force. He is the only boy in a class with 5 to 6 girls. He is learning body awareness and social skills and following orders. He seems more focused here than the Ti Quan Do he was enrolled in. Instructors rotate so there is not much bonding, but the classes are working.

My daughter switched gyms to G-Force about a year ago. The gym helped us find a path/classes for my daughter which best fit what she was looking for. We live in the far NE Heights, but the drive to the westside is worth it. So impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness, and positive environment of the gym and staff.... read full comment
