We used Frame Designs professional picture hanging services. Ed did a wonderful job displaying our art to its best advantage in our new home. He also beautifully re-matted some existing pictures. We highly recommend his expertise!

Does not care about new clientsFirst off this business is one aging man so your jobs are all waiting for whenever he gets around to it.I put in a bare minimum framing job, black metal frame expecting a ten day wait. I come in at the date I'm quoted and he says the frame is shipping from Colorado and that he'll call me when it's done.I wait an entire month and try to call for an update but get no response. I finally go in and I find that he has the poster, has the frame but hasn't put it together. The guy had a whole month where he's behind on an order but not until I come in does he think it's urgent and then it only takes half an hour. He didn't even offer a discount on the service cost.The guy must have some regulars that he puts in effort for and who keep him afloat but I can't recommend him for even the cheapest of jobs. You'd get better care from a Michaels.

Excellent work by a seasoned professional - he stretched and framed needlework for us (notoriously difficult to do) and did a great job, and at a reasonable price!

Ed at Frame Designs & Gallery in Albuquerque is absolutely wonderful to work with.
