Not only did they get the delivery address changed to the other side of town they had them delivered within just a couple hours after the change. Huge thanks to Brian for helping me out where they didn't have to.”

“Because I do not live in Albuquerque, I ordered an arrangement online in the morning for same day delivery. The flowers were delivered in the early afternoon and when I was later sent a photo of the flowers, I was very happy to see that what I had ordered matched what was delivered! I've been disappointed before with other florists when I've ordered online and the final product is a poor imitation of what was pictured even when I've paid for the upgraded version. Peoples Flower Shops did an outstanding job and my friend was thrilled with her flowers! And I was glad to be able to support a local business.”

The phone was answered by a friendly gal. She was friendly and helpful on the selection of the flowers I was going to send. It's always scary when ordering flowers when you are unfamiliar with the florist. I haven't been disappointed yet. I'm giving 4 stars because of the great customer service I received. I will modify the rating if I hear the flowers weren't up to par.”
