We had a Samsung dryer that was making all sorts of rubbing noises. we called Five Star Electronics. They were very prompt with getting back to us. They asked a bunch of questions, made an assessment and quickly got us scheduled. Roman came out and was very respectful, validated the problem, and had it fixed all within an hour. We were very happy with their responsiveness, communication, and service.

Came out n told me to use toilet brush for cleaning the despenser tray nnothing else was wrong. Had to call another company n my water inlet n pressure sensor was not working . They ordered correct parts

I recently had the pleasure of getting my 4-year-old washing machine repaired at Five Star Electronics Appliance and TV Repair, and I must say, the service provided by Roman was exceptional. Not only was the repair done quickly, but Roman's communication throughout the process was outstanding. He took the time to explain exactly what went wrong with the machine and provided valuable tips on how to prevent future issues. His expertise and willingness to educate customers are rare in the service industry. I'm thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism displayed. A big thank you to Roman for making this experience so positive! I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of appliance repairs.

Actually made things worse.Filed a warranty through my Lowes protection plan for my ICE maker producing about 1/4 the amount of ice its supposed to. Having owned this model fridge in the past, this normally means the supply line gunked up or partially frozen and needs to be replaced or serviced.The tech came out, replaced my partially working ice maker with one that doesn't work at all and to top it off they turned my freezer way down and froze everything up even more.So now I'm having to wait a week for another company to have a tech come out and hopefully figured out what is actually happening.Instead of taking the time to actually figure out the issue, this company goes with the quick "replace and good luck" model.Save yourself a headache and go with someone else.

Do not keep appointment times. Was told for a fact that I would have a window between eight and 10 and they called me at 10 when I made it very clear I had to be at work. The gentleman on the phone was so rude. Come to find out they sent back my part. Horrible company they don't like any type of woman that has a voice.They do not hold themselves for accountable for their time frames and the people they have working for them are rude.

We had protection plan from Lowe's. We were scheduled for two days later. He called back one hour later and stated he could not be there until the following Monday. He did not show up. My husband and I called multiple times and he ignored all calls.

I was assigned to this company by Lowes. It took a month to "fix" our fridge the first time. The fix failed within 1 day, and Ramon from 5 star stopped responding. Absolutely do not recommend.

Our washer and dryer are covered under a protection plan, for which we paid a pretty penny, that requires us to use this company for repairs and maintenance. Our dryer is currently on the fritz and a repair person came out last week. He said he didn't know this was a repair call and that he would be back this week with parts. We've not heard from them since even though we've called 6-7 times and left messages. This is similar to our experience the first go around a couple of years ago. I would not recommend these folks as they are not reliable or professional, especially in light of the fact that they haven't even bothered returning any of our numerous messages. If they get around to calling us back, I might revisit this review but until then, my advice is find another company whose owners/employees give a rip about customer service.

I took a tv circuit board for repair they said it was not repairable they charged me $60 dollars I then took the board to budget tv repair they fixed it for $30 tv works fine these guys are crocks and incompetent they don't even deserve a one star do not take your appliances to these guys
