I have been banking with FCB for years. They keep sending me loan applications email, text or keep asking if I need a loan in store every time….so when I need it and finally filled one out and go thru the whole process…I’m sorry we can’t approve of your loan. Well quick asking and sending me applications then!

If I could give them less stars they would be in the negative. This bank does underhanded business. If you every have to cash or deposit a check over 5 thousand they will hold it for 2 weeks. They're branch offices are even worse. Smh.

It's slow here, but I guess there's no way to help that. Everyone has been incredibly helpful here regarding any questions. I had an inquiry that lasted like 10 minutes awhile back. I kept asking new questions about some wire I needed some specifications on and they were not annoyed at all. A customer service rep informed me I may do deposits at the customer service department if the bank is too busy, so that's helpful. Everyone has been friendly. I think awhile back a guy was kind of pretentious but nothing serious.

Worst bank ever, they blocked my moms card with no giving reason, and we try to fix it and the lady on the line just hung up on us after she couldn’t help us, she wouldn’t let us speak to a supervisor and wouldn’t verify us after we gave our SSN and date of birth. Now our bills will be canceled and my gas and light got cut off because these people have no clue how to run a bank, just go to Wells Fargo, Nusenda, or any other bank just not this one.

I have banked with this company for maybe a year now. I was going to make it my only bank until they betrayed me by not explaining things right to me as their customer. Everyone was not on the same page with my account. I called customer service for a week trying to figure out why my account was inactive. They told me it's because my account was over drafted for a week and a half when it's supposed to be over drafted for 45 days from my understanding. A week and a half and they charge $35 per week for overdraft. So far I was charged twice, which makes it to $70 in overdraft fees for the amount of negative $70 in my account. Then the customer service lady told me my account will be active again once my check clears the negative on my account. I told her are u sure because I get paid on Friday and I need that money for Christmas coming up. This was Monday I was talking to her. She said yes and that I should wait until I get paid. Payday came around and my account is still not active. I called customer service and after talking to 3 different customer service representatives and 2 fraud department representative. They tell me to go into a branch and talk to a branch manager because of serious allegations on my account. I go into the bank as fast as I can when I get off work at 430pm. I am a single mother so I have a lot going on and moving and Christmas right around the corner that I have not even gotten ready for yet because I was waiting on my check to go into my bank account with the first convenience bank. I go in to talk to a manager and she tells me that the hold was put on my account AFTER the -$143 was paid off and now my account is closed as of yesterday, Thursday. The day before my payday check and I talked to customer service a couple times letting them know I get paid that Friday. So around Christmas time they screwed a single mother over by closing out my account without my acknowledgment they took the money to pay my overdraft fee and sent the rest on a cashier's check and mailed it to my address. She said I will receive that check within 14 business days and that she can't call the back-office until Monday because they closed at 5pm and they are the one that closed out my account. So no one can do anything about it what am I going to do for Christmas? My girls won't have one this year not even a Christmas tree because of First Convenience Bank and they don't know how to communicate right with their customers. All this could have been prevented if they just communicated with me correctly. They kept sending my calls to the customer service and fraud department for a week. I also went into the branch and gave them my ID, again so they can make another copy of it. I did verification to let them know I was me and no one had the time to call me back or email me about this situation before it came to this. I don't recommend this bank. They don't try to help you if something is their fault. I'm so sad and my girls are sad I would give No/Zero stars but I have to put 1 star in order to give a rating.

Worst experience of my life, I also wanna mention I have two jobs so anyways one day I'm looking iny bank account and I noticed that I had money so I bought some stuff but not checking where it came from assuming that it's from my work then a couple days later I have a message from them telling me some manager from Wendy's messed up and put mine in instead they were off by just by a little so they take the money that was in the account that was alright I understood that it wasn't mine so I get paid by my work I check it and I confirmed that it was my work and I got paid about 497 I look this morning and they took out another 280 and that made me so mad I already changed my banking infor I would rather use an app it's more like first inconvenient bank and I would give it a zero if I could

Time to update my review again for this horrible bank at Walmart. Long lines and liars is all this place is! Your hours used to close at 5, now 4? Lies is all this bank has to offer! Your employees are horrible and the manager has issues, she has to hire new staff every week because she can'tfind a smart individual! Rehire the entire staff at this bank because they have been screwing people for years! Second time writing a review for this exact bank, you guys are unprofessional and lying is your grand offer to every person who has to deal with you! Mostly any person who has reviewed this bank has given them a low rating! Don't trust these liars.
