Went in for a money order and both workers were talking about me in Spanish the whole time as if I’m dumb also had me wait 25 minutes for a money order that Wyoming Walmart did with no complaints and in a timely matter the same exact way. The other stores have a bunch of super sweet and patient service except this one.

Worst experience of my life, I also wanna mention I have two jobs so anyways one day I'm looking iny bank account and I noticed that I had money so I bought some stuff but not checking where it came from assuming that it's from my work then a couple days later I have a message from them telling me some manager from Wendy's messed up and put mine in instead they were off by just by a little so they take the money that was in the account that was alright I understood that it wasn't mine so I get paid by my work I check it and I confirmed that it was my work and I got paid about 497 I look this morning and they took out another 280 and that made me so mad I already changed my banking infor I would rather use an app it's more like first inconvenient bank and I would give it a zero if I could

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Very Inconvenient for the name, I went to take care of a problem with my account and the manager was completely unprofessional saying "Well if you took care of your account this wouldn't happen" I am closing my account as soon as my check clears. This is ridiculous, they'll hire anybody these days.

Very polite ladies and gentlemen. The money order machine didn't work, however they did issue a cashier's check and waived the fee. They speak English and Spanish.

Oh my lord have mercy on these frown faces I had to deal with today... females who work at this eubank branch are so rude... customers services skills suck.. this branch needs help or new crew members for real... 100% thumbs down ? ?????????

I called my bank about having my limit increase for Zelle and was advised they are unable to increase it. I asked the rep so in order to pay my rent I either pay a late fee because you won't increase it or I change banks. She said yes mind you I have been with this bank for a long time. I guess it's time to move on and let them close the account.

This branch has been difficult to deal with, negative attitude and just not willing to help. The on phone support is the same, nor wanting to help. Leaving this bank behind.

I haven't had any problems if i need to make a dispute they help me . i hardly have to wait in line they are fast great at customer service better then other banks i have banked with.

Today's date is 12/20/2019. I will never come back to this location EVER again. The evening crew is the most unprofessional bunch of customer service representatives that I've ever seen. There was one that was especially rude. Dark hair, pale face and glasses. Every other location is great but this one should really hire a new crew.
