  Very polite ladies and gentlemen. The money order machine didn't work, however they did issue a cashier's check and waived the fee. They speak English and Spanish.

  I haven't had any problems if i need to make a dispute they help me . i hardly have to wait in line they are fast great at customer service better then other banks i have banked with.

  Very professional, courteous, and helpful staff. Way better customer service than my former bank(bank of America).
