Long story, but I'll try to make it short. My family and I are on a roadtrip from Alabama so a long way from home. We started having issues with our 2017 OB and thought it was different things. After seeing other shops along our route, the issues were never resolved. We thought we could make it to Albuquerque, but unfortunately all subarbu shops were closed on the weekend or booked. Then, with apparently God on our side a timeslot opened up at First Class Auto. They were able to quickly identify the problem and make the repairs. The issue was totally different than what other shops, the auto parts store, and I thought it was. Turns out our whole wheel bearing / hub was about to fall off! First Class Auto got the parts in and job done quickly and efficiently. They saved our roadtrip plus They caught and fixed an issue that could have costs us our lives! (They also do military discounts ?) Thank you FCA!

The dealership had a wide variety of cars to choose from. I was particularly impressed with the selection of certified pre-owned vehicles. It made the decision process much easier knowing that we have several great options within my budget. Customer service is outstanding they weren’t pushy at all, which is appreciated. They answer all your questions thoroughly and provided detailed information about the vehicles that your interested in.

I recently purchased my first Subaru from First Class Auto. They sold me my car for a fair price and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back to them for maintenance on going. They made the process of purchasing a new vehicle Easy and Affordable.

These guys are awesome! It was my first time buying from a dealership and they were nothing but helpful and generally easygoing. I would 100% recommend buying a car from first class or servicing your car with them.

I had a great experience working with first class auto. They got me in fairly quick and did a great job replacing my clutch. I had them check for other maintenance requirements for my car and they didn't make up things to overcharge me, just getting the necessary things done on my car. I highly recommend this shop!

Wonderful guys to work with. They do diligent work. They are all great characters. If you own a Subaru, you know they aren't cheap. They work with you on prices and are always helpful. Plus, they get the job done in a timely professional manner, so you're not waiting months on end to get your car running like plenty of other mechanics I've used here in Albuquerque will make you do and try to charge you more. I had my rac and pinion done and a motor replacement, and it took them very little time, and the job was done right.

This is a small Suburu repair shop and sales yard in one of the city's newer light industrial/office parks. We were shopping for a used Suburu to replace our totaled 2008 Xterra, and I checked their website frequently for about six weeks...we test drove three of their vehicles for sale during that period. No sales hype, just straight answers...Suburus sell themselves.We were very impressed with the owners and would have given them our business if we could have found a Suburu in our price range. We were a few $thousand apart for what they had to offer. We did not want to take on a loan, though there were a few options that we likely would have qualified for. We continued looking around town and ran into a Lexus SUV that was comparable (with upgrades) to what we enjoyed in our Xterra for 15 years. We highly recommend First Class Auto as Suburu experts.

Ray’s First Class Auto was the best service experience I’ve ever had. I was moving from New Orleans to Reno and had my check engine light come on right before I left. I called them because they were on my route and ask if they could help. They made time for me and took great care of my car!!
I get to drive the rest of the way in relief.
I could not recommend them enough!

I recently installed a STI Wing on my WRX, I brought my car to get a torsion bar installed on the trunk. Now, when I press the key fob, it opens. Along with doing a fantastic job, they were friendly and knowledgeable. I'll be returning for further work on my car!
