Horrible customer service from the general manager Landis and the finance director Abby. I purchased a vehicle three years ago through Kia Fiesta Autogroup. It’s been paid off for a year already now. The dealership never put the title into the bank we financed through’s name. The car has been totaled for two months and we cannot collect the check because the lean release isn’t from the correct lean holder. We keep calling and it keeps going in circles with no resolution. They haven’t called us back and don’t answer when we call. You would think that these two being the head of the dealership would have decent customer service to resolve a problem that they created. We’ve had to do all the leg work that they could be doing to correct this. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I’m seeing a similar review, they just wanna take your money but don’t care to help with issues they create. I would stay away from this dealership!

60 days after leasing a 60K vehicle (which I love) Fiesta has failed to send my info to VW Finance. I have been into dealership 6 times, called endlessly and have been lied to and dismissed. The finance person, Abby has repeatedly ignored my requests and VW has no record of the lease at all. My credit is being affected and no one cares. They sure took my huge down payment and excellent trade in instantly but have done nothing at all to submit paperwork to the finance company. I have been a loyal Fiesta customer for over 5 years. NEVER AGAIN

Fiesta Mitsubishi lost a customer as a result of poor follow through and poor service. They schedule my car for repairs and I have been waiting for 2 weeks for updates. I have called several times to follow up and I get told I'll get a call and don't. It's a warranty and they don't do anything to fix my car. I spoke with service and they keep telling me that they have computers problems and all tech are in certifications training which doesn't make sense. They do not provide a loaner because they need an approval from warranty first, but haven't submit it, after having the vehicle for 2 weeks. They do nothing to cover the warranty on my Mitsubishi. They have no Ethics to respond and ignoring their customers. Poor communication! Not sure why as they never communicated the process or issues they were having.

I arrived without an appointment at the dealership, in tears because the gently used Mitsubishi Outlander which I had purchased the day before had made a terrible roar when I drove it home from the place where I purchased it. A wonderful man in the Fiesta service department dropped what he was doing and took me on a test ride. Within half a block he asked what gear I had been using. Turns out the only problem was that I didn't know I was supposed to be in "D", not "1"!!!! Problem solved, plus he was able to switch the temperature from centigrade to Fahrenheit. No charge, but I will be a loyal customer from now on whenever I need service!

I came to this dealership thinking I would leave with such an amazing experience and a brand new outlander, it ended up being the most horrid experience I have ever had with a dealership. I was in the market for a bigger vehicle with a 3rd row and came upon an Outlander and quickly reached out, I was reached out by Avery and Colleen. Instantly they show me this black edition all red outlander that my family fell in love with, we came in to see it in person, test drove it and decided to continue with paperwork and numbers. I came in with a pre approval but Colleen wanted to try to get a better rate for us, so instead of just using our bank we had we had to leave the dealership due to the bank I work at waiting on my big boss to review but before we left we were promised and told more than once the vehicle was ours and they put a sold sign up and everything in the vehicle. As we went home I stayed in contact with Colleen as she reassured me multiple times that vehicle was mine and don't worry she will take care of everything just clean out my car and get ready. Monday came and unfortunately had to wait one more day for my bosses boss to review the app which was irritating but fine. Tuesday came and Joe Moralez the manager there came back from where ever and let's me know that they were running numbers on a completely different outlander and that I would need to put 3K down for the actual one we had the sold signed on. Not sure how multiple managers, all sale reps decided to run the wrong numbers on a completely different vehicle but instead of the dealership realizing they messed up and was at fault they refused to fix their mistake and try to make me pay more. Wasted my families time, ran our credit and screwed my family out of a vehicle to fit us. The manager Joe was not helpful and was rude with no remorse. Was so excited for our Outlander just to be lied to and treated poorly.

I brought my 2016 Mitsubishi into their service center to have my wheels aligned, and that's it. They called and told me I needed a transmission flush even though I hadn't had a single problem with it. Once they flushed it, my transmission 100% doesn't work anymore! My car is completely undrivable. They and Mitsubishi America refuse to do anything about it. Fiesta Mitsubishi is a complete scam!

My wife's car needs an oil change. She has attempted to call them for three days but they never return the calls. The car is still under warranty and we pre-purchased the oil changes from the prior owner so I guess we're just stuck. STAY FAR AWAY

I would like to give Fiesta Mitsubishi a five star rating but they don't deserve that. My salesperson Zac does deserve a five star rating, too bad he works at Fiesta Mitsubishi. I bought my 2014 Chevy Cruze on January 12, 2020. It is now April 6, 2020 and I have still not received my license plates and registration. I called Feb 12 and Mar 12 and was given different explanations as to what was going on, nothing to my satisfaction. I got pulled over in March for not having a license plate and the officer asked when I bought the car; he seemed surprised that I still hadn't received my license plate. At that point Zac printed me a temporary permit which is now in my back window. I will be leaving to go to Michigan for the summer, which they knew from the beginning and which I told them in Feb and Mar. I hope that when I call them again on April 12 they will produce my license plates and registration. Not very happy with Fiesta Mitsubishi!!!

I went in to Fiesta Mitsubishi on (3/6/20} after doing some online research into what I wanted to buy in a used car, and was immediately greeted by a very friendly and super-helpful sales rep by the name of Dewarn Mercer who goes by "D" and was helped with my search with zero pressure on his part. I actually had a fun, no-stress experience. Bottom line: D made me an offer, I countered that with a fair price and it was approved by the sales manager and I had my NEW (to me) used car... a 2015 Toyota Yaris. "D" did everything he could to make my car-buying experience the best experience he could... and he succeeded in doing exactly that. Thank you D. You're awesome man! I told you I'd write up a great review for you and your friendly dealership... Fiesta Mitsubishi on Lomas and Louisiana in Albuquerque, and here it is. Thank you for everything you did for me!
