Amazed this place is still operating. No one knows anything about the copy machines, how to open e-mail, print an image from a standard PDF. sizing, putting paper in copy machines.. literally all very basic tasks.

frustrating experience at this FedEx print shop. The manager on duty was unable to assist with modifying a PDF for printing and directed my wife to handle it herself on the computer. After an hour and a half of struggling, Lisa, one of his direct reports, noticed the printer was jammed. She promptly fixed the issue, offered to help, and had the document printed in just minutes.
Lisa’s proactive and efficient service made a huge difference and showed genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s clear that she understands what good customer service means, and I believe she would excel in a managerial role. The current manager could certainly learn a lot from her approach to problem-solving and customer care.

Ridiculous lack of customer service!! I had 2 boxes that were part of the same order from Walmart that I needed to return! Because they were 2 boxes they would ONLY accept 1 box, insisting that the 2nd box needed it's own label!! Walmart said, No. So I only left the box Fedex would accept!! The 1 label was sufficient!
The back & forth was absurd & it's impossible to get a person in the specific Fedex office to try to resolve the issue!!!! I will refrain from ordering online from Walmart in the future & will make sure Fedex is NOT the delivery service I use!!

Got cheerful help from E. (male employee) getting a print job going and as we finished up, a line was forming while E. cheerfully and patiently served an entitled wealthy woman dominating the register who pontificated and challenged every detail regarding what should have been a simple shipment... the employee "E." remained professional and courteous - it was amazing to watch! We have seen employees consistently demonstrate great customer service even to would-be "Karen/Kens" at this location. Approx 1:20-1:30 on Sat 8/3/24.

Don't waste your time with this location. Was told my packaging material was insufficient. I went to another location on Paseo del Norte with the same packaging and had no issues and the customer service was way better.

It seems like they just don't do their jobs at all. Don't have you package shipped through them cause you won't get it

What a great job Tim did in helping me ship my two gigantic iMacs. He said he would make sure everything went smoothly and he lived up to it. Fast, efficient and friendly. Appreciated the little things he did like highlighting the tracking numbers for me. Well done!

As other people have mentioned, the manager at this location is very difficult to work with, to the point that he's rude and argues with you *relentlessly* about unnecessary details of what you're shipping (paperwork or USB flash drives) to the point that it feels like harassment. I've never had this issue with employees at other FedEx locations. I'd recommend corporate find someone else to manage this store.

I rarely need to ship something that requires me to go into a store. I had a return which I had a QR code for the return of package and it was boxed and ready. For some reason the QR code wouldn’t scan and Lisa the agent helping me went way more than just above and beyond. It took almost 30 minutes for me to get the issue resolved on my end. Keep in mind I was the one with the issue. The entire time she was beyond helpful more than courteous and even as busy as the store was she never forgot about helping me. She apologized for my wait and inconvenience but the issue was ultimately on my end and the wait nor inconvenience was her fault. I apologized for being such a difficult customer. I can also say that I wasn’t the only one with this experience 2 other people while I was there were commenting on the amazing service and mentioned being in the store often when it was busy and all the agents working there were amazing. If you have any need to go into any FedEx office store go to this one!
