I will never understand how you guys are able to deliver packages to the wrong address. If I performed in my job like fedex performs their job I would be fored immediately for being useless.

I was told my package was in limbo by everyone on the help line but it took one trip to this location for a gentleman that I assume knew everything about mailing to find it and tell me where to go to get it. This branch has the real OGs

Had great service here when returning some products. The box was slightly falling apart but the employee here helped salvage the box and pack it much tighter with me. This helped me feel confident the products would ship back safely. I would go here again for my shipping needs.

This Fed Ex is the absolute best I’ve ever been to. The staff are so friendly and go the extra mile. Arlis is incredibly helpful and pleasant. Even the security guard was super friendly. Definitely recommend.

A Navajo artist friend of mine carried in a box containing 6 paintings on artist board. It was not a large box, yet the man on duty insisted that he send each painting in a separate box. I attempted to seek an explanation on the phone. The man refused to talk to me. The paintings were sent through the postal system and arrived safely. I don't know if the attitude of the man on duty was rudeness or racism against Navajo.

Worst staff ever! Woke, mask wearing, pronoun people shouldn't work here. Apparently there is no training whatso ever! customer service key. Do not ever demand to know what is in the package. You cask, but if I say a chocolate gift...what more do you need to know? Was it batteries or liquids you were after...then ask if there are any lithium batteries or other hazardous material. But your beta male employees have no right to DEMAND anything in that manner. We will no longer use FedEx to ship for my small business. Absolutely infuriated with the level of disrespect from the kids working there.Do not give FedEx anymore business.

Arlis is the most helpful FedEx rep I have ever worked with and I used to ship almost daily. His attention to detail, professionalism, and helpfulness is top notch. He goes out of his way to explain everything in detail. I always have confidence shipping at this location knowing he will make sure it is done right.

Disgusted by the customer service rep (Arlis) at this location. I asked a simple question and received the highest level of disrespect and unprofessionalism from this gentleman. Not only did he express disregard for me but he treated me as if I was a child. I will NEVER return to this location even though it is conviently located 2 minutes from my home. I will gladly drive out of my way to go somewhere else. Management please address this issue. ARLIS NEEDS TRAINING before being allowed to work with the public!

I visited this location last week and the staff was extremely friendly. They were busy, and they were taking the time to work with each customer. I had to wait my turn, but I was immediately acknowledged and told they would be right with me. Once it was my turn, I was assisted by Arlis, I believe his name was. He was super helpful and polite and patient, and helped me even though I wasn't as prepared as I thought I was. I don't experience this kind of customer service often these days. it was really nice.
