Took my Mom there to make copies. The employee who helped her was very nice and patient and made the copies for her. This FedEx store is very clean and organized. All the employees are very helpful and nice.

Rude and couldn’t find my package twice. Two different visits. Then they send me 25 mi away to get it just to be sent back to the Juan Tabo fed ex. Finally got my package 2.5 hrs later after 3 visits , 25 mi of driving, $5 of gas and two hours of lost work. How incompetent can you be.

The line for the counter was kinda long, but because my package already had a label I was able to use their self serve machine. I just scanned my package, got a receipt and placed my package in the drop box. Easy!

It's a great place to make copies, send a fax, and send mail by FedEx. Employees are very polite, courteous, and helpful. Also, the FedEx Office is very neat, clean,and organized!

My son shoes was stolen today and all they told me was to call the distributor and have them to contact FedEx. How about yall go at the driver to find my stuff ??!! It's just that simple !! Yall are wicked as Hell !@

I’m upset because they punched the holes on the wrong side and the pages were all put in backwards order. There’s not really a fix for this and it was pricey. I should have checked at the store and refused receipt.I also got maybe 20 pages of coupons at the end of my bound book for something called Blue Bonnet Labs.This was a gift. Really disappointed ?
