I'm so glad to hear about FedEx at this time Katy was calling me back to tell me where's my medicine and I get it thanks ? And, I need to review how is possible to this guys running around to the city all day it's an important part mention my team home of weights area Gibson/unser thanks again because I have few but do you know what USPS and UPS ALL TOGETHER.

I wish I knew the 2 ladys at the counters name ...They were more Than Amazing. They informed me of what I needed to do clearly.I was there Just before Closing,no Aditude like they were being inconvienced.

Every FedEx I’ve gone to in this state has good customer service except this one, I only come here if the other ones are already closed since it stays open a little later…but multiple employees here are really rude, I’m not sure if it’s bad hires or the management is very unhappy and it’s a trickle down effect, but this location is terrible as far as even neutral interactions go. Sarcastic, eye rolling, asking personal business questions that none of their business and has nothing to do with what’s being shipped, unprofessional, etc… Very disappointed...this evenings visit the employee at the counter was worse then previous interactions. If every FedEx office operated this way I am sure they would no longer be in business. Definite bad apple of the stores in Albuquerque.

Worst delivery people! They repeatedly send my packages to the wrong address and now I cannot speak to a representative to have them correct the issue. The customer service phone number is a runaround and I cannot speak to a human that can help me.

Needed a box to ship a rifle and they had a snowboard box I was able to modify that worked great. Good price too.

How is everything that is shipped with FedEx delayed. Every time this center holds packages and delivers them weeks late. It's infuriating, some of us have to take work off for something that ends up "On the way" in Albuquerque.

fed ex worker submitted proof of delivery in a locked locker that gives codes when oackage is inputted. they took a picture of it in the locker and never submitted it cause i didn't get a code and my package was no where to be found. i went through every possible customer service route and no one thinks there should be an investigation. fed ex workers apparently steal packages and can get away with it.

FedEx for Express in Albuquerque is horrid! Delivery is a joke, as I have to get packages at the depot. Nobody including management takes responsibility or fixes anything. Time to stop paying for anything FedEx Express until they clean up their act.
