Came to mail back a package a month ago, package came back to me twice both times I went back. Was charged every single time, this is not okay! Hopefully I don’t get the package back again.

RIP OFF - scam! This location insists on repacking in their own purple FedEx packaging, even if you have a prepaid label and bring an item in that is ready to ship. For whatever reason, this FedEx Office location claims you must pay them to repackage your prepaid shipments, regardless of how sturdy the box is you bring in, if it isn't in their FedEx boses. Today, I had a double-boxed item and the outer box was a super-heavy-duty triple-layer commercial packing box (better than anything they had on the shelf), yet they claimed "FedEx Office" policy doesn't accept prepaid return packages unless you let them box it up in their own outer box that they sell at crazy high prices.
The item inside my package that they refused was literally double-boxed and the outer box the employees had an issue with was a TRIPLE LAYER shipping box with reinforced corners, again: so much better than any of the cheap purple cardboard boxes they wanted to repackage it in.
I think this location is a scam, I have never had this experience anywhere else and recommend you AVOID this location to avoid getting ripped off by whatever excuse they come up with to charge you.
The worst part? Because of the delays they caused my item will likely be late now, as I had to drive across town to a different location which had an earlier cut-off for pickup. Choosing this location resulted in a ruined day for me, an hour or more of wasted time and fuel due to the extra stop, and a bad experience for the customer I'm shipping this to -- who is going to get the item late now.
I had such a bad experience with this FedEx location I likely will stop offering FedEx shipping as an option, as the scammers behind the counter here left a terrible taste in my mouth. Read the other reviews if you think I'm exaggerating, this did not just happen to me. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

It's Friday 7/5/24 approximately 3:00 big bald guy no help. Needed to print document I received my code to print. Proceeded to print I received an error. He said they should no help. I left. One bad apple.

My bad experience started with the front door. It appears to have been jimmied. Maybe the door could be fixed so that it opens properly.
I wanted to print from my usb, but the reader on the printer didn't work. I started the process again on another printer and had the same results.
What a waste of time! Beware.

My local FedEx location has consistently given me excellent service, regardless of the interaction with each staff person. Prompt, friendly, and helpful. Whether I'm shipping or picking up, I couldn't ask for much more.

Edgar was super helpful was Abel to print our label for us and get the right box size to get my package shipped off promptly. Edgar deserves a raise great attitude and great customer service

Chris and Edgar provided assistance that went the extra mile and was very much appreciated. This location has always been top notch and they are very efficient especially when I ship items. Plus they have a great selection of office supplies and birthday cards for those of us that procrastinate. ?

There is only one girl here that does not let us ship our own printed boxes. It must be in a plain box. She says she is always wearing a mask so we take it to Kinko’s and Office ships with no issues. I wouldn’t bring your packages here if you want good customer service because she will not give it to you.Instead of arguing with me, she should just recommend a different service. Management guys are good and I hope she’s not part of it.

Imagine making a change to your computers so confusing that regardless of which information placard you follow, you can't seem to find the service you have been coming to this place to do for years. See, that's how you lose people, reduce your capabilities, and make the former ones harder to access. Lol, I hope you all fail for the ground you pull out from underneath folks. I honestly can't think of anything easy to do in your store, and I'm a tech-savvy millennial with a typing speed for my debit pin.
