if You can avoid using FedEx. I would go to the UPS down the road. The customer service here is beyond terrible, the only shining star is Arlis, outside of that, don't waste your time.

Yesterday a Navajo artist, a friend of mine, carried a sealed box into this facility to ship to me. It was not a large box and it contained half a dozen paintings on artist boards, so it would not have weighed more than 8 pounds. The man on duty insisted that the box be opened and that each painting be put in a separate box for shipping, and he refused to speak to me on the phone to explain. I consider this grossly unfair and manipulative, and would never use this FedEx facility again.

I gave this location two starts because Arlis was well spoken, friendly, courteous and if he would be wiling to leave I'd hire him in a heartbeat. The other reason I gave this location two stars is the young lady with glasses assisting with the printer. Yes I said printer. There's only one for the whole establishment. She was rude, demanding, patronizing and at one point pushed my hand out of the way to push buttons while I was in the process of printing. I know how to use a printer so this isn't a difficult process she was just aggressive and impatient. Until management corrects the obvious issues I would use another location.

I went in to send a simple FedEx pack. The customer in front of me had a very complicated order and the young man helping him was great, super helpful. But I could hear two employees in the back - joking and laughing with each other. The line went from the counter to the front door. Neither employee in the back ever came out to assist or check on what was going on. Very poor service. Except for the kid in front. He was doing his best to be cheerful, help customers and had to answer phones as well.

I have used this location to ship for over a year now. and today they refused to ship my package without an id with a local address on it? I usually use my passport and have never had an issue. Wasted my time getting out here and all, ill be shipping from ups for now on.

I had several items that needed shipping. Nick was great. He was thorough and kept me updated on the progress of boxing up and getting all of my things shipped. Thanks Nick you did an awesome job.
