“Actually a great experience. Needed to go to urgent care; there was only one other person waiting when I showed up, got tests immediately. Lady working the desk was really nice and quick.Got the care I needed in a reasonable amount of time for urgent care.What I am the happiest about is that the NP - Brittany Dow and nurse that checked me in actually took the time to listen to me and were extremely nice/polite. Most of the time, at other locations, I've had the opposite. I was dreading coming here but have been pleasantly surprised. Wish the individuals I saw today were my primary care.Just finished up with labs and Geneva was so sweet and really accurate with the needle. I'm so happy with this whole experience that I needed to write this review. I hope more medical locations take note from the 4 that I interacted with today.”
“Accompanied a family member. They are very thorough, so the wait can be about an hour longer than the appointment. Definitely worth the wait. Most doctors will talk to you for 5 minutes and you leave feeling neglected and not listened to. My family member finally got the answers she was looking for along with treatment that has helped her substantially.”
