The employee’s here are horrible to their customers. They are mean, this girl working there has an attitude the minute you ask for anything they rush you on your purchase so don’t even bother trying to use a coupon. The cashier will act like you’re making them do something like, their job for example. I don’t know how they hire and train employees but clearly their management has no clue what they are doing. My girlfriend was in there the other day and they kicked her out because she asked to put a couple of items into their “go back” section because she decided not to buy them. The girl threw the items into the basket and told her “to never come back” and the male employee chimed in threatening the cops. This was over asking to put a couple of items into the go back section because she couldn’t afford them! My girlfriend is a sweet person with cheerful disposition mind you. This behavior is so completely inexcusable and unexceptable and completely Unbelievable! This store I normally enjoy, I find to be convenient but this location is awful. There’s no sense of customer service. They have lost my busines forever!

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION !! YOU RUIN THE SHORT ..LONGED HAIR FEMALE WITH GLASSES..DAY BY WALKING IN THE DOOR!! SHE DOESN'T WANT YOU..ME OR ANYONE WALKING IN..SHE GETS SO ANGRY THAT YOU WALK IN. HER FACE HANGS EVERY MORNING AND IS ANGRY THAT YOU EXIST AND ARE DISTURBING HER CUZ SHE BUSY JUST STANDING THERE THROWING DIRTY LOOKS AT EVERYONE..HAS REFUSED TO TAKE MY $100 BILL 3 TIMES !! EVEN WITH A $60 PURCHASE !! BELIEVE SHE'S THE SUPERVISOR!!...DO NOT SHOP HERE SHE WILL RUIN YOUR DAY !! GO TO DOLLAR GENERAL ON MONTANO..GREAT AND BETTER PRICES AND ALWAYS SERVICE WITH A SMILE. NOT HATE. I LIVE IN A SENIOR COMPLEX AND ALSO ATTEND A SENIOR CENTER AND THIS MISERABLE LADY IS KNOWN AND ALOT OF US REFUSE TO SHOP AT THIS STORE EVEN THOUGH IT IS NEARBY..SAD THAT SHE IS ALLOWED TO TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE A INCONVENIENCE.

I posted this review to the Family Dollar corporate website,... I still haven't heard from anyone;I would appreciate speaking with someone about my shopping experience. We have recently moved to the area. I was very excited/happy that we had a community store down the street. We have run in for last-minute household items, cards, gifts, and any items i see while there. Last time I frequented your establishment, I had two transactions, which I have the receipts for both. I had two transactions because I have two checking accounts and split my merchandise in two. I spent close to $300 that day and was treated rudely!! I am handicap ♿️, I park in ♿️ parking, which, instead of being in front of the door, closest to the door, it is the furthest. Despite that inconvenience, I still shop at the store and enjoy the items I purchase. What I DO NOT enjoy is being treated as though I am a bother, both purchasing too much and needing help to get it to my car, since the carts are not allowed outside the store. The cashier checked me out, and I asked for help. The girl next to her was not busy. She really didn't want to help me. She could see I had a hard time getting the bags out and to my trunk, which was parked furthest from the door. She was SOOO RUDE! She had an angry face with me, she wouldn't talk to me, and she would roll her eyes at me while she clicked her tongue, when I asked again to help me. she thought the help I was asking for was to load my arms up with many bags. For one, they were too heavy, two they were too many, and three, there was no way I could walk with them to my car. We both made three trips from store doors to my trunk. I was gonna let it go and not say anything. I was gonna just stop shopping at your store, but each time I drive by on my way to the smiths/Kroger store 10 min away, I feel I have to tell you my experience, and something needs to be done. I'm sure I am not the only one who has had the experience of feeling mistreated by your staff. I wonder how many other people have decided not to continue to shop at your store because of this. I have no problem spending my lots of money at your store, you have things I like, things I need, but if you would rather have employees who are not friendly, who do not smile, who do not like to help, who mistreat your customers; then I can take my money some where else.

Supervisor was MIA and the checkout line got longer and longer because the cashier was not allowed to handle whatever issue the customer in front of me had. The cashier looked really stressed out, trying to find her supervisor, trying to text and call the supervisor, and the supervisor was clearly not doing their job. I spitefully left my (perishable) item on the conveyor and left. I will not support a store with derelict management. Whatever the supervisor was doing was definitely not more important than getting that massive checkout line moving. The lady that was working the register should clearly be the one in charge over there.
