Everybody there was so nice. I got an appointment right away. Didn't have to wait for months and got my glasses in the same day for a reasonable price.

My experience here started about a year ago, when I tried to find a place that took my insurance. First, the no line bifocals were not a correct prescription. Due to my job and the distance from my home, it took time for me to go back for a new appt. They did a new exam. I got more bifocals that did not work. I requested single vision glasses. I waited. They did not call me to let me know that the glasses were in. I called them. Our busiest season hit at work and I could not get over to pick up the glasses. When I finally was able to go, I found that the glasses were again, bifocals. I asked for a refund, which I could not get because I had not been able to get over in a timely manner. The glasses had to be sent back for correction. They did let me know when they arrived, this time. This new pair still does not allow me to see my computer screen. I have called, but I'm pretty much stuck with them. It's been some time since I picked them up. The frames are pretty. I will use someone else to see if I can get different lenses for them.

Dr.montoya himself and Mari were very nice and really helpful and should deserve 5 stars each. However the experience was soured by the man doing the field vision tests. I made the appt and present my insurance card which is medicaid issued and was told that it would be accepted. After the eye exam I went to pick out glasses and got a total but then told my insurance was not acceptable because it was medicaid and I had to pay out of pocket for everything $285. I was only thinking I would be having to pay for glasses out of pocket. Once I get my glasses and future needs for glasses will be elsewhere even if I'm paying the same costs.

This might be a long one. I saw Dr. Montoya for an eye exam in July. When I got my glasses, something seemed wrong. I was told I'd have to see the doctor again. I ended up with a new rx that I also could not see with. The 2 prescriptons were very different from each other. In addition to the wrong scripts, Dr. Montoya was odd and impersonal. He talked to me like a child, and at least 3 times, called me a "good boy". I am a 50 year old Black woman. It was not appreciated. So what started in July, I was back for my 3rd exam on 9/14, but with a different doctor who was much more professional. I hadn't heard back from EG World about my glasses being in yet, so I called 9/28 to discover they had one of my 2 pair on the 25th, but never informed me.These seem correct but I'll wear them for a week before requesting my second pair. They should have given me both pair, but didn't want to lose cost if they were wrong...again, thus making their errors, my inconvenience again.Don't go to Eyeglass World on Coors, but if you must (insurance reasons), AVOID DR. MONTOYA!

Worst place I have ever been. Glasses were terrible. Couldn’t see out of them at all. Went back a few weeks later to get prescription for the eye doctor I need to see. They didn’t have it In The chart. I had to wait cause my time is not valuable. Then they gave me the wrong prescription. What?? I also paid for contract lense exam. And they gave me the wrong prescription for that as well. You need to close that store. Very inept. Now I am at a new eyeglasses place doing all over again on my dime. Thanks for that.

Called this location after calling Wyoming store and having poor customer service with Carmen, I called this location and still had poor customer service. They could not give me the answer if they could make lens to my brand new frames I bought. Not helpful and seems as though they only want your business if you buy their frames only. Decided to go to Stanton Optical and they helped me right away and were very pleasant.

Dr. Montoya was so great with my 9yr old! He was patient and made the whole exam fun!!! He was very thorough and explained every part of her retina exam. Definitely will be seeing him again!!!

The eye doctor’s staff is petty rude. I got a bad prescription and they acted like it was my fault. Doctor was great about it, but I won’t be back.

So we went in for my husband the 69 dollar exam is misleading !!!!!! Ended up paying 100 when it was all said and done they take pictures and say they are wrong and have to do them multiple times then tell u they need to dilate because the pictures are wrong that's another charge then charge u for the pictures !!! The doctor was so weird to !! She was saying something about how the women that come into that location are rude compared to the other Montgomery location and that it all comes from Caucasian women that come in there and also telling us a story about how some guy asked her if she could still get pregnant and was a j*** and hiw some lady wrote a bad review about her not to mention scaring my husband that he probably has glaucoma so that's why they needed to dilate so disappointing!! The glasses selection is good that's all that was good about that place seems like no one at all knew what they were doing .

Great customer service, the mgr was very nice and helped my elderly father with the purchase of his glasses. We also got his glasses when promised.

I last went to an expensive optical place and they were awful. I figured what have I got to lose and tried this office and Dr. Montoya. He was VERY thorough, funny and nice, explaining things and making sure I understood. I left there with a trial of new contacts in a better prescription and I'm amazed at how well I can see now! The last office made me feel like I was crazy or lying about not being able to see well! I'm so glad I found them, I'll be returning to Dr. Montoya in the future. All the staff I interacted with were great as well!

I have gone here for the last 3 years for eye exams. Scheduling is very convenient and availability is good, which is not the case in Roswell so I make the 3 hour drive (one way). This time I have an electric car and unfortunately the charger I needed to use enroute was only charging at half speed. So, I end up arriving 15 minutes late and they said their policy is to cancel appointments that are 10 minutes late. I explained the circumstances and they said that's the policy and they won't budge. Nevermind I waited over 30 minutes last eye exam... ?

You go get your glasses but upsell u to get contacts done by there doctor. The doctor says your glasses (which u just had filled) are wrong and write a new RX.They do a follow up cause of the contacts. Then second new doctor say contacts are wrong and the second pair of glasses u just had filled are wrong. So you wear your third pair of glasses and can't see anything and it's in the 30 days.You treated like a child and "This is the last time I am doing this for you." You try to explain what they had you go through but don't care. Cold stare in the eyes.This is from the manager.
