“Take your phone here!! Camille is very nice and knowledgable about all iphone models!! As soon as she saw my phone she knew all the prioir cosmetic stuff I did to it and told me all the issues from the outside. She literally stopped what she was doing and once she opened my phone she showed me all the missing plates in my phone that is designed to hold things in place like battery ect. She showed me all these loose screws inside the phone from the previous phone repair person. She was nice enough to put all the loose screws together and made sure all the wiring conectors were tight and not loose. Then my phone worked again!! Best part js she did not charge me at all!! Any place would charged you something or told me this phone part is bad and try to make money off you!Moral of the story is not to alway try to find the "cheapest" phone repair guy because they cut corners. Also I learned they actually use all OEM Apple parts thats why their prices may be more higher than the "cheaper" repair guy. Go ask to other phone repair guys if they use OEM apple parts. Also I discovered my iphone battery is starting to bubble and get swolleb, funny cause I just replaced the battery 3 months ago from a "cheaper price" phone repair guy!! Not only did she fix my phone she also educated me on the quality of work they provide!”

“Our 1.5 year old LG dishwasher which was past the 1 year main warranty period started making a loud squealing noise and we were told by LG that we needed to have a local authorized LG repair service evaluate and determine if it was the 10 year warrantied wash motor that was causing the problem. LG gave us 3 local service providers to pick from, and we picked Crown TV and Appliance after checking reviews. Jonathan from Crown came and quickly verified it was indeed the motor, ordered a new motor, came back in a couple days and completed the installation. Although it did cost us a couple hundred bucks for the 2 visits and install, we saved about $300 on the cost of the new motor due to the extra warranty on that part. Crown, and Jonathan, were great to work with, efficient, reliable, and professional. We can recommend them without hesitation.”

“My mom's house caught on fire in February 2023. Paul Davis was brought on board by her insurance. The company as a whole was there to help me through this process. It would take a whole year to rehab this house. Paul Davis content manager Nena and the techs Cody, David A Rael, Gerald, Israel were very helpful. Cody was there at the beginning. He saw the devastation I was going through with this fire. I was extremely GREATFUL that my mom was not hurt, but this was a lot to take in for me. Mena and her techs delivered part of the items to my home and helped load a trailer and then met us in the southwest valley to unload our trailer. What a TEAM!!!!! “In this day and age of disposable products, particularly electronics, it’s refreshing to find a repair shop like Budget TV & Electronics Repair that is willing to put a little effort into keeping repairable items out of our landfills. I had a small battery operated air compressor that stopped working because a wire came loose and just needed to be soldered back in place. Because the 1-year warranty expired a few months ago, my choices were to either buy a new one for $80 (and trash the old one) or to find a repair shop to try to fix it.
