First let me state that in my corporate career I taught Total Quality and how to exceed the customers expectations and to make the company "the best of the best". That is exactly what I received today. I had been referred to the company to seek a solution to an unusual problem. I received a telephone call and Nick Ray was calm, supportive and helpful to this non-engineer. Mr. Ray emailed me the specs and then he walked me through the diagram. I am definitely going to purchase this product from the vendor......Prologue: I just received another call from Mr. Ray and he wanted to confirm that any questions between me and the vendor had been satisfactorily resolved. Time for a pay raise Mr. Ray. You are a credit to your company.
