Bought a jacket last year from eddie bauer as a gift and didnt keep the reciept. Zipper failed on this jacket, she barely uses it when it snows. In spute of this being some 'great brand' to buy or whatever, they didnt do anything about it. Like 300 bucks down the toilet. Really sad, I thought more of them then this but.turned out I was wrong.

Beware!!! Don't order here!!!! They will send out garbage instead of your order. I order a 2XL jacket and got 2 small tee shirts. Customer care said nothing they can do!!!! Don't give your money to these thieves!!!

They have the worse online delivery. This is the third time that I buy new year gifts for my friends, and I got them more than one week after new year. While according to the informations in their website, I was expected to get them 2 days before new year eve.I like the quality of their products, but I don’t recommend their online shopping AT ALL

I wish they would have more selection according to season. During summer they had few tees and shorts with so many jackets still.

Beware, they do not honor their word on returns. The manager Jim (would not give last name) treated my son, wife, and myself horribly. Claimed there were stains which I could not see. Didn't even offer store credit.

Over the summer they ended the lifetime warranty on their products and they will only accept returns on unused items with tags attached and receipts. Their 800 number is a nightmare. We tried to return a jacket that was unworn but since we had removed the tags, they would not refund or even do an exchange or store credit. We've been loyal customers for decades and always loved their products. So disappointed with this company. They lost a loyal customer.

One salesperson doing the best he could at 20 till noon bot after 10 minutes of hime taking a person's order, me and another customer had to set down our purchases and leave.
