My wife's birthday was this week and I ordered her some flowers and a balloon. The morning of the delivery I realized she was not working that day and called to try and change the delivery address. Not only did they get the delivery address changed to the other side of town they had them delivered within just a couple hours after the change. Huge thanks to Brian for helping me out where they didn't have to.

I used duke city floral for my wedding. And they completely ruined every single floral piece that was ordered. They get a one star because originally very helpful in working within my budget. Had an in person consultation with Jen in April, had multiple follow up emails and text messages with Brian at Duke City and Jen from April to September. I even sent Jen my swatches to ensure the colors matched- or at least close to it. At my consultation Jen showed me the deepest red rose available and I agreed to that.
I was very specific since April I wanted the deepest red roses for my bouquets with hints of white and blush pink. Duke city floral did the opposite of that. None of the flowers were pink, the majority of them were white and the red roses were bright cherry red. I emailed Brian asking for a partial refund since the ENTIRE order (6 bouquets, 11 boutonnières, 2 wrist corsages and 3 flower girl petals) were wrong because the wrong rose color was used. I ordered a special groom’s boutonnière- didn’t get it. None of the pins provided worked.
Brian refused to acknowledge their mess up and instead tried to gaslight me and said he used the exact colors I picked and were approved and that nothing was wrong with them. I sent him proof (invoice, emails, texts, photos) how the flowers were supposed to be and how they actually turned out. Brian still has yet to acknowledge that he messed up the order entirely and has refused to give me anything other than 25% store credit. Such a crappy company I had high hopes for. Will never use them or recommend them at any point ever.

We had a sweet sixteen for my daughter ?. It is a beautiful venue at a reasonable price. Everything turned out perfect. Thank you soo much Duke City floral and events. I also want to say a big thank you to Michele. She helped me with the little things i forgot . It was an amazing turnout and so beautiful. My daughter loved it.

The flowers I ordered were the most beautiful bouquet I’ve ordered or received. We had a last minute change with delivery and they delightfully accommodated my request. My husband was late and again they were very patient and waited for him. Duke City Floral has earned a new loyal customer.

I was absolutely amazed by the beauty of the arrangement Duke City Floral made for my daughters memorial service, it was perfect, and I am deeply grateful. Their work helped ease some of the pain and make one of the most heartbreaking time in our families life, more bearable.

The best customer service and beyond amazing arrangement. My mother lives in Albuquerque so I often send flowers and gifts I have used many in Albuquerque and they have been good and had no issues, HOWEVER, Duke City Floral took it 10 notches up and this arrangement is one out of a magazine!! Stunning! Thank you!

Beautiful arrangement and prompt delivery! My mom loved the bouquet. She also very much appreciated how well the vase was packed into a larger box so she could transport it home easily (I had it delivered to her office). Thank you to Duke City for thinking of the details! I live out of state and am happy to have found a solid florist in town to use again.

I live in Toronto, ON, Canada and I ordered flowers from another florist in Albuquerque on Wed June 26, 2024. The next day I got an email from that florist stating they could not make any floral arrangements as they had NOT received their supplies. I was like WTH! Anyway, I went online immediately and found Duke City Floral and called them in a panic. Michelle answered the phone and I explained to her what happened. I had spent so much time on the phone with the other store and was pressed for time on Thursday. Michelle listened intently to me understanding my situation. She got all the information and I asked her to process the payment so that there would no issues to get this Birthday arrangement to my Sister. Duke City Floral came through for me by delivering the beautiful arrangement. My Sister sent me a picture and was ecstatic informing me the arrangement was gorgeous. I agree the flowers were all stunning! Thank You Michelle and Duke City Floral for coming through for me! I totally appreciate your professionalism, friendly, helpful and compassionate way of handling this. If there were a million star rating I'd give them it. I highly recommend Duke City Floral.
