The customer service at this location has been greatly affected this year. This used to be my favorite location due to the organization and well stocked shelves; however, there is this one particular older cashier who is rude and seems to lack interpersonal skills every time I go in. Today after unloading my items from my basket this cashier asks me to move my stuff to the next register. Her light was on and she does not provide a reasoning for this. There is not another employee at the next register but I proceed to move as asked anyway and she walks away. While I’m waiting, a line begins to form behind me and it’s not for another 5-6 minutes before the particular cashier walks by and notices myself and others have not been checked out yet. She grabs another cashier and things get moving. Quite frankly if customer service continues to steer in this direction I’d rather shop at another location where the joy of my experience isn’t taken away.

In the middle of a project that must be done on a Monday , I called on Saturday asked if they had blue eye lash yarn ...she said she did but would be fired if she sold it to me , because Easter items are out ...she says her name was Nadia or Natalie and that she was the manager... Very strange !!! I will not go into this store just on the principle that it's a stupid excuse ... Yarn is not a seasonal item ! ?

Love this store. I get snacks, plates, flatware, and other things at this store. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Very well organized store.

Another great Dollar Tree location! Employees were actively stocking shelves. I appreciated the organization and cleanliness of the store too. Something else that caught my eye was there was a homeless man who purchased some things for himself and his dog. He paid in change and the woman at the register was very patient and kind towards him. There was another woman who helped me check the price on some cards that were advertised as 2/$1. The ones I wanted ended up being a $1, but she still took the time to check for me. I really appreciated this.

They have almost everything! And most for $1.25. Nice and neat store. Manager does a really good job.

I called to see if they have zip ties, and Emily answered the phone, she was extremely friendly. She went and checked to make sure they had them. She was Awesome on the phone and in the store. I ended up getting quite a few things. Emily deserves some recognition. An Outstanding Employee.

Worst clerk EVER. She failed to pack a glass item right and it broke at checkout. She blamed me. She made me go back and get another. I'm handicapped and it was difficult and painful. Then she made me stand in line again and wait. She has NO CLUE what customer service is and should not work retail.

The 2 Harold and Kumar fools they have unloading the trucks seriously has some screws loose! They are BOTH rude little boys and with zero manners! They talk about customers and make racial/ inappropriate comments and they cuss up a storm!! Supposedly their names is James and Adonis… management needs to keep a eye on these 2 ignorant individuals

First time at this location and very rude customer service.If you need to purchase balloons, keep it simple and go to party city.. Manager (Female) used foul language towards me as I was her family member or friend.. I do not recommend this place at all…
