Probably the worst dollar tree in ABQ. Employees are rude, store is dirty and disorderly. Save yourself and visit a different location.

HORRIBLE RUDE MANAGERS!! THEY NEED TO BE RETRAINED! IT'S NEVER OKAY TO ARGUE WITH A PAYING CUSTOMER AND TELL THEM "IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT YOU CAN GO TO ANOTHER STORE."

This location is always a huge mess with things falling off the shelf on every aisle They do not have self check out at this location This location does have decent turnover of stock and you can find new items here more regularly than some other locations in town Be aware of your surroundings -- I have been approached in the parking lot and no longer go to this location at night Be aware went inside the store as well, I have been approached once inside the store for money. Since there is no self check out and most dollar tree locations only have one or two employees, I usually keep an eye on the line and just check out as soon as I see it is short... Sometimes that means I don't make it through the whole store before checking out, but I have had to leave because the line was too long a few times. Frozen and cold section in the store is really small here.

Not sure why but every aisle I went down a PA message came on and said “welcome to dollar tree, customer service is needed in _____ aisle.” That didn’t happen to anyone else in the store. The cashier took the stuff, scanned it and put it in the bag, did not say a word until they asked if I wanted the receipt.

This location and the Wyoming location next to Walmart near Menaul are my two favorite DTs. I made it a point to thank them for being open until 10 pm not too long ago. I showed up a little after 9 pm a couple of weeks after that but they were closed. I wish they would remain open until 10 pm.

I would advise shopping somewhere else. I was informed by Kinesha that i dont need to shop here. I can shop somewhere else and she dont care if i shop there. So apparently business is good enough that customer care doesnt matter. In fairness the store manager did try to help, but with Kinesha giving attitude the whole time.

I hate that they are supposed to be open and I drive 25 minutes and they’re closed!!! I could have went to another dollar tree and got what the hell I needed instead of wasting my time driving wasting gas all bc these people don’t want to do their damn job

I found everything that I needed. However, the store is always a mess.The employee was friendly and efficient.
