The store is in front of me, so I go there often. I just hope that the people who run this store read me even though I am going to write it to them in Spanish.
I just got back from there, the guy who charged me was very friendly but when I was going to the car I realized that they charged me 13 dollars for some razor cartridges when they said they were 7.25
He really intended to respect my price because there were all the packages packed with everything and the alarm set just below that marked price, there is no way anyone else could move them, just by ripping them off the shelf and doing so would set the alarm.
She explained the situation to the Handler on duty, I don't know her name but she was thin, dark, with tattoos, very poorly spoken, saying very common rude things in Spanish. I don't know if he thought that I wouldn't understand him, “oh what to see…” was his phrase. Plus it reeked of marijuana, I understand that it's legal now, but smoking at work?
Another older woman who was there and noticed everything, also told him that it was not fair that they did not respect a price if they themselves set it wrong, it was their mistake. She immediately responded in a bad way, she was rude and hitting her words she responded: “I'm not going to get in trouble for 5 dollars.” There weren't 5, there were more but that doesn't matter, but rather their way of saying things, the rude way of treating customers when at no time was they disrespected or anything was demanded of them in a bad manner.
This was today 11/09/2024 before 9 pm.

Every time I try to go to Dollar General down here in the south valley they never have AAA or AAA batteries what we need and I go every other day and they still don’t have any

I went today to buy a few items that I needed. I set my things on side of the register there were more people going to go pay and I clearly told the cashier I left some of my items there. That way you won’t charge them he started charging this other lady for my stuff, then got pissed off Because the lady told him that wasn’t her item and he grabbed all of my things and just threw them what kind of customer services is that . That stupid guy needs to be fired. I won’t be going to this Dollar General anymore.

I arrived there at 8 o’clock. Nobody was there. Somebody showed up at 8:09 open the doors went in and locked the doors and did not open the doors by 8:15 (when I decided to leave ) . Maybe we should be more time efficient especially if that’s a manager/ operator opener.

Dirty, unorganized and never have what I want. And the guy employee with the frog sounding voice on steroids is a creep. Not to mention he follows me around the store when I’m shopping. Like dude I don’t need to steal especially from a dollar general. Makes me feel so uncomfortable I don’t even want to go there anymore. I’d rather go across town or to a whole different store even tho it’s in my area.

After living across this Dollar general for 25+ years I'm going in tonight at 8:00 p.m. with my co-worker who is 65 years plus age having to ID him and hold the ID there for two plus minutes and then throw his change very rude employee had no empathy even hesitated to give me his name when the transaction was done because he knew I was going to get a hold of management I'm just going to give you a review but I will be getting a hold of management. This treatment is unacceptable especially when we did nothing to ask for this is my neighborhood Dollar general and I will not be treated like this after 25 years of being especially by a little punk who said his name is Orlando we'll see how honest he is about that

I had to walk out they had music so loud I told the cashier if they can please lower it down because my son has sensory issues and I could not shop around my son kept covering his ears was an issue for him . it was soloud even for me the music was so loud i had to get close to my son so he can hear me ridiculous the cashier told me he could not do anything to speak to the manager ya I will not shop here again

Not loving the 'New" management WOW!.. The young woman IS NOT nice at all, has even raised her voice at my family an I about closing time (that was not correct).. Which BTW she closes 20-25 mins early on at least 3 occasions, locking the doors and waving you away! Not cool at all! especially when TPis needed or diapers..
