I use a discount all the time for my vehicles. This one really upset me, though. I dropped off my vehicle at around 11, and I had to go back to work, so I didn't wait for it to be done. When i went back to go get my vehicle, they said they couldn't find my keys to my truck. The person looked inside the fields cabinet/ the garage, and he checked my truck that was unlocked for at least 4 hours with them not paying attention to it or my stuff in my truck. The guy came back and said they couldn't find my keys when he when in to a office and then came back with my keys. I am upset because to me, it seems like my KEYS to my truck where in the truck WELL IT WAS UNLOCKED. So anyone could have stolen my truck or my stuff in it.

Most disgusting place I’ve ever been into. Completely filthy. 4 hand sanitizer bottles sitting around the store empty. No soap in the bathrooms. Absolutely disgusting

So I will start by saying I originally went to pep boys before coming to this location due to low tire pressure and eventually finding a nail in my tire. They told me they could patch my tire but couldn’t get me in until the next day. I was on my way home (to Roswell) and could not stay another night with my two little ones.
I drove down the street to this location and asked if I could have my tire patched. After looking at my tire I was told my tire could be patched, however, my tire tread was low and I should get new tires. I expected Discount Tire to try and sell me tires, but I politely declined as I just wanted to get back on the road back home, as I had a fussy two year old with me. They told me my car would be ready in about 2 and a half hours. That’s fine. I will wait and put a movie on my phone for my kids. After about an hour and a half my two year old is having a complete melt down and a very nice worker came in and asked what car was mine so he could make sure it was worked on next.
After, a younger man comes in and again tries to sell me tires. I again, politely decline and tell him I just want my tire patched so I can get back to Roswell and I will get new tires when home. He becomes very cold and tells me “fine, I’ll get to work. It’ll be about 20-30 mins.” He finishes “patching” my tire (or so I thought) and I was finally on my way home.
However, when I arrive home I see my tire pressure light is on again. I take it in to a local tire place here and am told I have a nail in my tire. Discount tire never patched my tire as they said they would. I’m not sure what this worker did while “working” on my car for the 20-30 mins he did, but he sure did not take the nail out and patch my tire. Pep boys previously filled my tire with air, so I know they did not do this either. I was on the road back home thinking my tire was ok, but instead drove 200 miles with my 2 year old and 6 year old with a nail still in my tire. I am so thankful we didn’t have a blow out or worse while on the road.
I am absolutely appalled that discount tire allows this. All because I didn’t buy a single tire, they felt it was ok to put my family at risk.

Talk about great service! Discount Tire has been and will continue to be our go-to for tires on all of our vehicles.
We were recently traveling in our Class C motorhome and needed new tires while on the road. We contacted the Discount Tire shop at 1119 Juan Tabo Blvd. in Albuquerque and let them know what we needed. They suggested Michelins to replace our existing Hankook tires as the Michelins had a higher rating for our vehicle type. In addition, they had the number of tires we needed on hand so we didn’t have to wait for any to be ordered and delivered.
As you can imagine, changing out tires on a Class C motorhome is no small task but we worked with the kindest, knowledgeable team of professionals who took great care of us. We were greeted by Drew who let us know they had been expecting us. Adrian was our key point of contact and did additional research to be sure that the Michelins were indeed the tires we needed. To my thinking, that is above and beyond. The team that worked on our motorhome (Michael, Edward, and Ricky) were phenomenal. Michael had a solution to a previous problem we had encountered and kept us abreast of all progress as the work was being done.
We could not have asked for better service anywhere.

Took my VW to the dealership about my tire they told me it was unrepairable and quoted all new tires for $1600. I went to this Discount Tire and they went above and beyond and advised it was in fact repairable. This is what sets Discount Tire apart. I truly am so grateful.

For those who want short and to the point? Drew lied and ALMOST wasted money on tires I DID NOT need! Have money to throw around like no big deal sure but those on disability or SSI just no. The end. End of story

Dude, shame on you, "Drew" person who blatantly lied and made me feel like I need to replace my back tires. Disappointed this place trying to get me to waste my money, the little money I have, when my tires were just fine, mean! Like I'm a helpless little girl, and I don't know stuff? I know stuff sometimes I felt like my tires were just fine but saying it's not safe or something to even drive around town and I couldn't make it to my next destination? Really? I saw Big O tires just down the road and wanted their opinion, too! " Paully or Pauly" didn't say anything but try to get me a better price than discount. Then I went to Quality tire shop and the guy said nothing wrong with my tires. Ugh, I hate it when people lie to me, especially when it comes to scamming me out of $200 or something! I drove to 2 other locations out of state. Discount tires just to see what they said, guess what!!!! Bam all up in your face, bam. They both said nothing wrong with my back tires. So, why Drew and Paully would you do this? Why? It's just wrong and mean and I am extremely ecstatic. I did not listen to both of you guys! I am so glad I went with my gut feeling and completely ignored your so called opinion. I'm glad MY discount tires didn't lie to me. He just didn't say sorry or tell me I should say or not say anything but why would they continue to let these I completely think they are liars to continue working so they can scam someone else? I almost shelled out $200 for tires I obviously did not need so I can waste it on food or something I prolly don't need. ? but whatever believe me or not. You've been forewarned. Believe me or not, I'm just a helpless little girl who was smart enough to not waste my money on this place. Woohoo! I have $200 and smart enough to walk out discount tires on Juan Tabo. Thanks for making me feel smart and I am not a helpless little girl, Drew and Paully! I hope by now they catch " Your LYING eyes" another thing! GO to that Quality tire shop, on central I think ? I don't speak spanish but I'm pretty sure they said my tires were just fine. Took us 5 mins cuz I really wanted to make sure I was safe to drive. They didn't lie to me so go there but speak spanish cuz it's easier. I guess I should change to 2 stars, this discount tire did fix my tire for free surprisingly but I hate being lied to cuz it's mean and evil! My $200
