Warning - no returns despite late delivery. Ordered a gift which arrived too late. Attempting to return it, I called several times and was repeatedly put-off, told I would receive a return call shortly. After over a week, I finally got abruptly informed that all sales are final - something not made clear at all in my opinion at the time of purchase. All this in spite of the fact that the item was not opened and could be immediately restocked and sold as new. Terrible policy and customer service.

Would have been nice to be greeted. Maybe take 2 seconds to look up from your computer to greet customers that walk into your store. Have zero interest in giving you any money because you can't even say hi.

The store ordered the sofa we wanted and it took forever to arrive. When it finally did many of the bolts and holes didn't line up. They did a lousy job at the factory. They actually had to saw a leg or two shorter, re-drill holes. I had to lend them tools. It was rather alarming. We told the owner about it because we thought he should know about the kind of work the factory was doing. It doesn't inspire confidence and we wouldn't buy any furniture from them again. The owner's response on the phone? He could care less.
