Unhelpful. Charged $600 for us to start our company. We waited a month for an update, turns out he hadn’t even started anything. Later on, he didn’t finish the full process. We had to take over everything ourselves. Never answers calls and leaves the office early so you can never reach him.

I like this place they know English and Spanish and are really helpful the only thing is some times they don't answer the phone and are not in the office on ther schedule hours
