Dalton service was incredible. They were on time, fair, knew what they were doing. It's one of the few places I've dealt with that actually calls back when they say they'll call back with information. Will definitely use them again in the future.

After six months without a working oven, Mark’s visit was a beacon of hope. His initial attempt to replace a faulty part didn’t solve the issue, but he didn’t stop there. Demonstrating remarkable dedication, he discovered and repaired wires damaged by mice, without any additional cost to me.Mark's approach was not just technically adept but also genuinely caring. He went above and beyond, ensuring my oven was fixed despite the unexpected complications, all while maintaining professionalism and kindness. His work not only restored a crucial part of my kitchen but also my faith in exceptional customer service.I wholeheartedly recommend Dalton Service Center for anyone in need of appliance repair. This place is a scam!! I had issues with my range cooktop at the beginning of November. I called Baillio's Appliances, Electronics, and Mattress Store to report the issue because I have had the unit for less than a year. Baillio’s directed me towards their service provider, Dalton Service Center. I informed Dalton that the cooktop was broken and that I had purchased a 5-year warranty. Dalton Service Center assured me that they would order a new range top and schedule the installation once it arrived. After waiting for about 4-5 weeks, they finally called me to schedule the installation. The service technicians were professional and the installation went smoothly. However, I was disappointed to find out that the new range top they installed was damaged, most likely during shipping. The service technicians apologized and informed me that they would order another range top and install it once it arrived. Throughout this whole process, I believed that the warranty would cover the cost, and there was no mention of payment. Fast forward to today, January 26th, I received a call from Dalton Service Center to schedule the installation of the second range top. However, there was a catch - they informed me that before the installation, they needed to collect $800 for the first visit!! I was shocked and frustrated to learn that I had to pay $800 for something that I thought was covered under warranty. It was a big mistake to purchase my appliances from Baillio's Appliances, Electronics, and Mattress Store. I would have been okay with paying if they had communicated the payment upfront instead of surprising me after installing another damaged unit.I was informed about the payment today, January 26th, 2024, during a phone call. The process for this payment began in November of 2023, so it has been almost 3 months since then. When your technician asked me to sign the document back in December, he stated it was for delivery and that the balance would be billed through claims.

We were in a bind. The water in our washer was almost overflowing. We had been out of town for five days and needed to launder our clothes. Our appointment was for the week down the road. I called Ramon and asked if he would help us out. Ramon went out of his way and worked with us over the phone for an hour and a half until wehad tried every way possible remotely. We are extremely appreciative of Ramon going out of his way to help us.

They came to fix a working appliance. They left me with a completely disabled appliance and promised they would be back with parts this week. Today they tell me it will be four weeks from now until they can come to replace what they allege was a defective part, leaving me with no appliance. They took 40 days to come to diagnose, 40 more days to come to repair the appliance and it will be another 30 or more before they say they will return. I would avoid this repair service totally. They destroyed a functioning appliance and essentially abandoned me as a customer.

Dalton Service Center is great. And Ramone Garcia did a fantastic job. He got my oven set up and ready. I would highly recommend Dalton and Ramone!

I’m writing this review 2.5 months after my under warranty clothes dryer stopped working.I called the insurance company that I have a policy with, they said Dalton services is contracted to to the work. I made my first appointment for the tech to diagnose the issue, they weren’t able to come for 2 weeks. On the day they were supposed to come, the tech called and said there was no reason for him to come because it wasn’t heating it could only be one thing. He asked for a picture of the serial number and said it had to the igniter. He tech said he would order the part, and get back to me. After 2 weeks of not hearing from him, I called to find out the status of the repair part and installation. The girl who answered the phone said “ it just came in today”So, I scheduled another appointment for three weeks out because that was the soonest they can come. The day came, and the tech showed up to install the igniter, because as I said before “ it could only be one thing” guess what? It was the wrong part! So, again I wait for the new part to come in which now he said was the motor in spite of the motor still running. 2 weeks later the motor has s to be installed and the day before they were due to install the motor the receptionist calls to cancel my appointment because the “parts” had not come in. I refused to let her cancel my appointment because the tech had already told me the parts were available locally. The girl put me on a brief hold, when she came back, she said “ok, we will leave you on the schedule” guess what? Wrong part again!The following week after me calling the insurance company, the store who I bought the machine from, they now said it is now the thermostat. Finally the day came, and finally after 3 months it’s finally fixed. When I told the manager that the tech told him to text him pictures of the serial number because it could “ only be one thing!”She argued with me that HER tech would never have told me to send pics, I explained that I had text message proof of it, she hung up on me. I have never dealt with such an incompetent company in my life! The office was so incredible rude, and condescending. I asked for a manager to return my call, but nobody ever did.I will never do business with this company again! As far as I’m concerned anyone can throw parts at it until finally one works.Please beware of this company!

My name is Gised.I have to give 1 star but the must have zero star...their customer service is awful..no professional at all, they screamed at you with no respect.I am been dealing with my issues for months...my refrigerator is not fixed at all. We purchased a refrigerator on November 2022, on May 2023 the temperature was high in both side, we call the warranty and they assigned Dalton, 2 months later they came and fix, but recently last August 2023 started to do the same thing, we called them again, one technician came to do diagnostic of the unit, we waited 3 weeks for the items came...same item that supposedly last longer than a year...this Tuesday Sept 12 the technician came to fix the unit but it is not fixed, I asked for a copies of the paperwork but he didn't give it to me, I called them and made a complaint and said they will email it, but never happened.So I called today Sept 14 2023 and the customer service screamed at me and said that she done with us.We had to throw away a lot a food because our refrigerator isn't working properly..nobody pays for that.So don't go to this place...try to find a professional service that willing to do their job.

Update: Dalton Services was very responsive and fixed the problem free of charge (8/18/23). Ice maker works like a charm.Original review (Late July 2023)Team Dalton "fixed" the freezer ice maker by installing a part they said was broken. $1250 and 4 weeks. Sure, NP. Except it's not working. Gaslighting followed ("it takes 24-48 hours for it to work"). 5 days later: No ice. Also, 90-day guarantee didn't mean much: Apparently we need another $250 part (why wasn't that discovered/ordered 4 weeks ago?). Three weeks later. No. Ice. In the middle of a heatwave.

I am suggesting this company 100%! We were having trouble with our refrigerator with a top freezer, with the doors not wanting to stay closed. I called last Friday afternoon and today, Monday, two terrific technicians arrived, exactly on time. Tim and Fernando are very professional, friendly gentlemen who completely know their jobs. They took care of our problem right away, not only fixing the dilemma but educating us on how to do things a little differently to make the doors close better. We are so happy we called Dalton's Service Center! Not only were Tim and Fernando very well-versed in their craft, they were friendly, happy people whom we thoroughly enjoyed having in our home. Any other appliance issues we have, we will certainly call this company. Please have faith they will be a great choice for your repair needs!

Foolishly bought a service plan from Conn's homeplus to go with my high-end washer and dryer of course the dryer stopped working after like 6 months and I've now been waiting more than 3 weeks for service without one phone call or any communication. Now I realize they use Dalton for service which I've had nothing but horrible experiences from in the past and I'm going to try and get my money back for the service plan. Worst company, techs,never order the right parts, not getting service from here ever
