I’ve been using CVS pharmacy for over three years and have always had quick and professional service. Won’t ever go back to Walgreens.

I came for the minute clinic. I'm telling you, if you can't make an appointment with your PCP, this is it. They're fast, helpful and my prescription was ready in minutes.

Love the products CVS carries. Pricey but great quality. Customer service can be dicey. Some CVS associates are professional, super nice, \\u0026 extremely helpful but, sometimes they are rude lazy \\u0026actually run away from you

I was so upset when I went to this store to pick up a few things I needed. Their prices are rather high. When I went to check out there was a young man telling me that they no longer let associates use the cash register and I had to do "self serve." Well CVS does not pay me to be a cashier and he could not give me a good answer. So I will no longer be going into the store for anything. I have to use the pharmacy because it's connected to my insurance card for meds. But will change that when there is open enrollment in November 2022. Not happy about it.

This place is pretty awesome. My appointment only took 5 minutes to get my booster. Great friendly staff.

Dena, the store manager at this location (photos attached) is by far the most unprofessional associate I have ever come across. I bought skincare products that I was told I could return them to any CVS I didn't like them a few weeks ago. One of them severely broke me out so I decided to return them like I was told. Barely used, but opened, with original receipt. She not only refused to return them, she refused to offer any alternative like a store credit etc. She is clearly a very unhappy woman, but it is not fair to treat customers this way. I have already lodged a complaint against her. If you see her highly recommend not interacting.

Dina (sp?) ... states she is the store manager. What an incredibly rude woman. I got a covid test done here and having technical difficulties in getting my results.\\n\\nI called hoping to get some assistance with this and was met with an incredibly rude and combative woman who basically told me to figure it out myself, then promptly hung up on me.\\n\\nI called back and she (Dina) answered again. I asked for the store manager and she said she was that. Then she asked if i was the gentleman she just hung up on. I said yes. She then stated she was going to hang up on me again before reminding me that she was unwilling to help me out.\\n\\n0/5 will never visit this location again if she is indeed the manager.

Pharmacy stuff was very helpful with information I had asked about.. I was greeted and helped with respect and patience.. all staff is delightful. very good place to go when wanting good help and service

I'd give them no star at all if possible. Went for a diagnostic COVID test on Thursday last week. No text or email sent to inform me that my testing was CANCELLED. No reason given, no information available, and now I can't even log in to their JUNK system. Don't waste your time at ANY CVS Pharmacy. They've lost any business from me.

My grandma and mother had an appointment for c19 testing for travel that we made online. Something happened and my mom's appt didn't come up on their end. We had the confirmation number and reminder text on our phone. We gave the name but they didn't find it. The associate kept saying "we can't do anything". . The girl was so rude that they didn't even give a the chance to give the confirmation number for verification that was sent to us Everytime we tried they kept interrupting and saying " we don't see the name we can't do anything". We called the the phone number for help but faced the same answer. No help and rudeness! I will never use cvs for anything again and I would advice everyone to look elsewhere if possible. If they couldn't do the test, we understand but rudeness was unnecessary to my 81 year old grandma and my 61 year old mother. There are ways to listen, apologize and explain the situation to your customers and ignoring, interterupting, and rolling your eyes is not good customer service!! Times are scary and difficult for all and my grandma is sick with lung disease so getting her to her appointment was important and now they missed it due to this incident!! If possible I wouldn't click any star due to their poorly executed customer service!!!!!!

I've been coming here for my prescriptions and to use the coupons for years. I've never had an issue. They're pretty fast with getting your medications filled. Also the coupons are amazing. You get Cvs bucks to spend like cash the more you purchase or the more you fill prescriptions. It's my favorite pharmacy and I've been to all the major ones in town!

LMBO!!!!!!! Funny story! So I asked a big guy that works at that cvs do you sell gloves he says I don't know I think we didn't sell none this season and he seemed he was in a rush that he can't talk to me and here's the halirous part a homeless guy asked me are you looking for gloves and I said yes like in a hu sort of way and he said there's some right here. And I find it halirous cause how is a homeless dude gonna show me where's the gloves and knows where they are and the guy that works there don't. Who's ever the manager there you should hire the homeless dude cause DANG!! he sure made your employer look bad.
