the workers are so rude they couldn’t help me set up my card and then kicked us out cause they weren’t helping. This lady who wasn’t even on the clock kicked us out cause they couldn’t spell the my name right. we were sick w a cold trying to get medicine they didn’t offer to help us, the only good thing about that Store is the pharmacy.

Associate on the phone was rude, interrupted me when I asked if they can search an item with “just tell me I can tell you if we have it.” Then laughed and proceeded to tell me they don’t have it. I don’t appreciate their behavior and they were quick to hang up. I don’t come to this store often either and I do self checkout if I do.

I am very satisfied with my recent experience using the MinuteClinic. Nurse Kim did a great job removing my stitches and helpfully agreed to take a picture (the wound was on my back) so I could see the result and send the picture to my family. The payment handling with my insurance was quick, low-hassle, and correct. Zero complaints.

Worst CVS, looks like it's about to go out of business. Low stock and be careful, prices not as advertised!The deals were only if you had a CVS card and the girl working tonight had no interest in helping me get one.Overall really negative experience. I won't go back, the Walgreen's is right down the street.

Run far, run fast, RUN AWAY FROMM THIS DUMPSTER FIRE. 2 months ago I was incorrectly told my health insurance prescription plan was accepted only to find at pick-up that it was NOT accepted and I had to pay $470 out of pocket. The nonsense didn't stop there. My doctor sent in a prescription for an opioid pain medication. I was told it was out of stock. Every few days I'd phone, still out of stock. After 21 days it was STILL out of stock according to the young woman on the phone, and she told me the prescription was cancelled because the store has had problems with opioid prescriptions paid for using a discount card like GoodRx (which I use). To be sure I understood I asked to confirm that my prescription was no longer valid, the young woman said that was correct. After I called CVS corporate customer service to unload my dissatisfaction I cooled down and drove to the pharmacy. The pharmacist, Jerry, said they had 170 tablets in stock and he'd be glad to fill the prescription I just couldn't use GoodRx for a discount on a controlled substance. After 21 days I went home with the prescription that I had been told was out of stock and had also been canceled. UTTER HORSE MANURE from beginning to end. Today I transferred my remaining prescription fills to another pharmacy. So, 5 gold stars for Jerry filling my prescription like a professional, 5 skull-and-crossbones for everyone else in the pharmacy. And I can't even start on how useless the pharmacy software systems are that let a mess like this happen.

Scheduled appt for 2 to get a vaccination, they couldn’t find it, even though we showed a copy of our reservation. They made us wait as walk ins and took everyone before us. 2 hour wait with appt.

Drive thru closed for weird lunch hours then came back line due to other drive thru down. Sure do make it inconvenient to get ones meds when I keep getting an alert to pick them up

Lorenzo is unprofessional and problematic loves to argue with female customers and doesn’t know how to do his job. He rang me up twice for one item and when I went back in for HIS error he said he refunded my card but my receipt says otherwise. Sounds like a register scam on his benefit and behalf!

So it's Sunday, the 23rd of July and I'm out of insulin. I walk the two blocks to CVS because I am disabled and no longer own a car. When I get there the Pharmacy is closed. I ask the manager on duty "Why?". She says she doesn't know that, "They are separate and don't tell us anything." Ok so, now I have to go without insulin till tomorrow.I know why they are closed the same reason there are only two people working there at any one time. Because they don't pay people what they are worth and they don't hire enough staff. So if there is some corporate lackey reading this review. You have lost my business. Have a nice day.

My wife had Covid and urgent care sent a prescription order to this store. The pharmacy was closed because they didn’t have a pharmacist. No notice given to anyone about the closure. A surly employee said the prescription could be easily transferred to another CVS which is not true when the pharmacy is closed. Transferring all my business to Walgreens. Can you believe a pharmacy that doesn’t have a pharmacist?
