Charlene and Jose in pharmacy are my favorite people. They always have my meds on time and are so helpful with everything. It's not even the closest CVS to my house. I just love having such great people working at my pharmacy!

Came in for a flu shot. Everything went great, was given a coupon for $5 off, picked out some items, went up to the checkout area, but there was no one there to help. Two other people were in front of me and we're having major difficulties with the self-checkout booth. Waited for over 5 minutes, and WALKED OUT without purchasing anything. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service at the front of the store. Just thought you'd like to know.

This is awful. I had a prescription called in for a nebulizer, antibiotics, tablets for yeast infections ,ivermectin and hcq for COVID. The pharmacy lied to me and said they couldn't fill any of them because they were out. My boyfriend went there himself and they said they didn't have any nebulizers or antiobiotics anymore. This is crazy. Really? They don't have nebulizers or antiobiotics? The pharmacists said they don't have any more medicine. Horrible. I don't understand how this is lawful.

I had seen a product advertised a few times on television stating it available at CVS and RiteAid. So I drove over this evening. When I checked the shelves I couldn't find the product so I ask the man at the front if they carried the product. He is clueless and has never heard of it and takes me back to where I've already checked. No product. So he yells to the woman working in pharmacy and asks her if she has a minute to help a customer. She yells back that she can't help because she is busy closing the pharmacy. Well, my hobby isn't wasting time or waiting for bungling employees to find out if they carry a certain product so I walked out, never to return again. Apparently, the local CVS stores didn't get the memo they are carrying Theraworx because I went to the next CVS at Tramway and Indian School Road and they had never heard of it either.
