Please deal with cricket directly they took my money and refused to help me after. the manager of this store is disgusting and threatened to call the cops on me and throw me out of the store because he didn't like what I had to say

Went to the store during store operating hours but the door was locked. Open sign was on and there was an employee inside but they just stood there. IDK put a sign or something indicating the store is closed?

I got unlimited data on one and 2gs of high speed data on the other phone is added for 1 dollar so now I pay 51 bucks a month for two phones. Price never goes up either

Went to get a replacement phone Saturday 4/30. The only employee there, rang up & sold us the wrong phone. She was going on & on about not sleeping well & her allergies bothering her. As she noticed it was not the phone we asked for she dropped the f-bomb out loud & offered no resolution to the problem she created. I went back in hopes of a manager on duty & found the same girl with every reason as to why she couldn’t reverse her mistake on my transaction. I did leave with the phone I wanted, however I paid for 2 phones and 2 different “upgrade “ charges for no reason. I hope this place can find staff that can better assist customers.No name tag worn, so she could not be identified

After being locked in to sprints prison of a service plan for 2 years, I was pleasantly surprised with Cricket. Not only is my bill a mere fraction of what sprint charges, the coverage is by far superior. They are also very accommodating with allowing me to use my own phone without having to buy a new one through them. Don't waste your time and money with the with the "big" carriers. Cricket is great.

The staff is bilingual, friendly and helpful!! Not to mention, very clean store! Makes you feel safe to be there ! BEST deals with the phone cases, Bluetooth speakers (over 30 to choose from) :)

I've been with this service for over 4years and the insurance that's supposed to cover the phone ain't good at all because they still want you buy another phone upfront.
