Their sign on the door and on the maps says that the service is until 7 in the afternoon, I arrived at 6:25 and the employee did not want to serve me, terrible service

I have been in this location twice and I spoke with the same representative each time and each time I received the absolute worse customer service. I hardly ever leave bad reviews but she literally started going off on an elderly woman in a wheelchair after she had clearly said what she wanted exactly but was told she never said anything. I clearly heard the lady myself and had to intervene by telling her and stopping her from yelling at this lady wearing an oxygen machine. I can not believe she is allowed to work with other people at all, much less a customer service agent. Do something about your employees! I told the lady she should sue for discrimination. She did not deserve the treatment she received.

I have been a customer of cricket wireless for over 5 years and have never had an issue but I went into this store and the staff was so rude was very unhelpful refused to let me pay my phone bill which I have never heard of in my life and then wonder why they can't keep customers this was the rudest staff the person that said they were the manager had no skills for management was very very rude
