Clean, efficient, knowledgeable staff, and one man even took me right to the item I was looking for, so I bought three extra. ??
The checkout are mostly fully staffed with cash or card options, and the self checkouts are quick and easy to deal with (unlike Walmart or Sam's Club). They also have multiple staff at the customer service counter, and at the exits.
The produce, dairy, meats, salads, meals, especially the famous Costco chicken... are of high quality, great prices... and you don't have to worry about spoilage.
Plus... it says 8lbs 4oz... It's EXACTLY what it is.
Days earlier, I went to Walmart and also Sam's Club... and decided to weigh the packaged meats because the weight just didn't feel right. The meats were labeled 4lbs 6oz... it was actually 2lbs 4oz, almost the same "errors" as the other three items. This is consumer FRAUD.
So I let the checker taken them back. Then she said, sorry... but we don't do the pricing in the store. No, Walmart has their off-site dept of crooked thievery do it. Then they just drop it off to scam us.
This is shrinkflation... and it's illegal and outright consumer FRAUD. But yet, if you accidentally miss, or the machine didn't scan a 98 cent item... you're going to jail. Nice place huh...
So my thoughts?
You can't... NOT afford to go to Costco. Your getting what you're paying for, and you're not being cheated, accused of petty theft, or looked at like a petty thief. ??
And Costco... Hires the best people, and are there to help you!!! Why? To make your visit a good experience... SO YOU'LL KEEP COMING BACK. That's a real business ??????????

Only getting one star because I can’t give zero. Boo, first bad review for Costco! We went to the self check and scanned all of our own items instead of Costco paying an employee to do this only to find out we couldn’t use our rewards at the self check. Shame on you Costco! You make your customers do the work and then can’t take advantage of your own companies rewards! This sounds more like Walmart. Do better.
