We were in Albuquerque to fly our hot air balloon at Balloon Fiesta 2024 when we came up with a flat tire. We took the tire to Discount Tires to get it fixed. They were sure busy on this Friday afternoon! There wasn't much of a wait (maybe 5 min) before someone helped us. They found the hole in the tire and said they could have it done in 1- 1 1/2 hours. They would text us when it was ready. Almost as soon as we got back to where we were staying, we got a text that the tire was ready! It was about 20 minutes after we dropped the tire off. Wow! That was fast! We went back to pick it up and our final bill was "NO CHARGE"! What a great place with great service! Thank you! 10/11/2024.

Trying to get tires had been a hassle. He helped soo much, he’s been patient , kind, generous,
more than anything, his professional and curtesy are exceptional. I will never forget this man.

These guys are the best discount tire anywhere I’ve ever been to. They care about not only your vehicle but about your well being as well. In my opinion I wouldn’t and won’t ever take my car anywhere else to do anything related to tires. John especially is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. Highly highly recommend

We've been doing business with this store for many years and it never ceases to amaze me the excellent customer service we've received. I took our dually in for a tire air check before a road trip and Carlos was a joy to deal with. His customer service was exceptional and his attitude was of the upmost welcoming. It's attitude such as this that keeps us going back year after year. Kudos to Carlos for making my day brighter and leaving with a smile. ?

Awesome customer service and overall experience at this location. Friendly staff and lightning fast service. I came in for a flat repair during what seemed like a fairly busy time and was all done in less than 30 minutes. Great job!

They tell you they'll fix your flat for free, then once you take the car in for service, they tell you they can't fix it, and try to upsell you. I took my tire to a "neighborhood dude", and they fixed the flat, no problems
