Completely ridiculously awful to the point where I had to laugh. We buy all our tires or at least we used to at this tire shop at Costco on Eagle Ranch. We pay for the road hazard warranty. I took my wife's car there with a roofing nail in the right rear driver side after I waited at the desk for a long amount of time, After the first guy told me he'd be right with me. LOL someone finally decided to shuffle on up to see me. I told him I had a nail in a tire that I needed pulled and plugged and he informed me that he could make me an appointment for next Tuesday. I laughed in his fucking face. I went to one of the locally owned tire shops on fourth Street where an extremely nice gentleman asked me what I needed I told him I needed a tire plugged. He did it inside of 10 minutes. Don't go to Costco. They suck. Use local shoppes they care about their business.

Please consider sending half of the staff to lunch at a time. There is nothing else than being sick all week, finally getting meds, then finding out that the entire pharmacy shuts down randomly, not at lunch time, for lunch. Please by all means take lunch, but either make it consistent or don't shut down the entire pharmacy please.

This place is terrible!If I could give it 0 stars I would!Farnush the pharmacy manger is the rudest most unprofessional person I've ever seen! She's always just standing around texting regardless of how busy it is and she is so cruel to her staff. I was in last week picking up meds for a family member and not only did I have to wait 30 minutes in line because everytime the poor girl cashiering would ask for backup she'd yell back to that no one to help as she stood around talking to like 4 other people in the pharmacy. I then had to wait an additional 15 minutes at the counseltation window while she told off the cashier until she cried then ignored me until she felt like it. It was awkward and heartbreaking to see because the girl was so nice and no one deserves beings humiliated like that. I feel terrible for her staff and customers because it's obvious they don't care at the pharmacy. The rest of the store was lovely, I can't believe Costco lets the pharmacy run like that.

Poor knowledge base, be very careful. You must be your own advocate. The pharmacist doesn’t want to talk to you. Do your own research on everything you hear and get here.

0 stars if I could. After calling and asking to refill a prescription, being put on hold long enough for it to ring through again and picked up by the same person, they finally asked my name to start the refill. They said it was out of stock until tomorrow. I asked if they had even a few to do a partial fill. I was assured "yes give me about an hour and I will have it ready for you" I head down an hour and a half later to give some extra time. I wait in line for 30 minutes only to be told "they don't know who I talked to but they were completely out of the medication" I was told this by Angelica, the only tech working the front. I asked to speak to a manager "she isn't here" when will she be? "Tomorrow" okay like 10am or 4pm? "10? When we open?" As if I should know. The pharmacist on duty, Michelle, had no interest in talking to me even after waiting at the window for her for five minutes and her counting pills only a foot away from me. When asked who answered my call, they said no one knew and that they all answer the phones even though it was only the previously mentioned 2 employees and 2 additional. So disappointing that no one seemed to care at all and had no regard for my time or well-being. Looking at the previous few months reviews, it seems like it is nomal at this point.

I have used this pharmacy for a while but recently the quality of techs and getting rx's taken care of has gone down the drain. I requested they change my phone number on file several times, tech shrugged her shoulders and said she did, but that apparently never happened, I got fed up I had to look online and change it myself. They also have a bad habit of creating multiple patient profiles in their system, something that I know Walgreens is notorious for doing but I hold Costco to a higher standard. They also appear to be using a mail order system with most medications which appears to delay the filling process, and is honestly very weird because I'm not on any super exotic medications.

Absolutely horrible experience. They have medicine in stock, but won’t fill. “We have to order it.”So they have meds in stock, but it’s “policy” not to use that medicine to fill prescriptions, it has to be ordered. Even the pharmacist couldn’t give a decent answer. She said they don’t use what they have in stock to fill prescriptions. They wanted us to wait over a day so that they could order pink eye meds that they already had in stock. Mind you, no one else was trying to fill their prescription of the same medication.Took 30 min to fill a prescription that should have been filled previous to our arrival. They already had medication in stock, but had to be convinced to use it. We don’t usually do “same day.” Unbelievable.

If I could give this pharmacy a 0, I would. Staff Sarnuash, Michelle, (one of the pharmacist) Allyssia (a staff member), is very rude. The manager of the Pharmacy is a awesome person to deal with and he seemed to feel my pain. The others seemed to get a kick out my injuries.People don't go to a pharmacy unless they are sick or hurt. My Primary Care would have to fax my script multiple times and each time the staff would claim they didn't have it even though it was sent to me on my phone too.I sat in the super hard bench for an hour one day, broken nose and 14 stitches in my leg. Yes, I know them by name and they know me by name which seemed to aggravate them. Still no help!

I called to ask about pricing information and the lady said that they do accept good RX, but they do not accept good RX prices….. so they charge their own prices and she was very rude about it. It doesn’t make accept sense to say that you accept it but you don’t accept their prices. so basically they don’t do good RX prices according to this girl, which is weird because Costco shows up as a Good RX option. :(

Was the only pharmacy that was able to fill my pets prescription (she’s a small dog so the dosage wasn’t available elsewhere) Staff was very kind and super helpful. I cannot thank them enough for being able to fill that prescription

We used this Cosco to purchase new Carpet They sent a contractor for the actual service call who used his own installers on the day of installation. I had over 300.00 missing. Be aware of leaving any valuables out when you buy carpet from this Cosco!!!!!
