Super helpful and great service. I went looking for a used part to replace on a vehicle. The shop didn’t have any in stock but took the time to help me locate one out of state, ensure it’s the right part and would be compatible with my vehicle, gave me all the information I needed to get it and sent me on my way. Though they didn’t do any work on my vehicle themselves, they were extremely helpful and kind. I would go back to them without hesitation.

Called to check if they had a part. Guy tells me yes. Make the drive and when i get there a guy who identified himself as a manager decided he needs the part and its no longer for sale. Thanks for wasting my time.

Had the right part for my car (sway bar) for them best price.. Gentleman took the part off fast that I needed. Said if it wasn't the right part bring it back.

Took my vehicle in for an A/C charge. Two days later they found that there was an actual leak, was told that I needed a condenser. Replaced the condenser and was told that they would re-do the A/C charge but they didn’t specify I would be charged $75 again. Honestly I just feel disappointed. I’m a single mom trying to make ends meet. I would’ve appreciated better communication.
