STAY AWAY! I have never had a worse experience. Buying my washer was find but once it was installed it didn't work. I contacted the store immediately, less than 24 hours after purchase, and they wouldn't help me at all. They wouldn't do a refund, they wouldn't do any exchange, they wouldn't even haul away the broken piece of junk they sold me. NEVER EVER SHOP HERE!

Enpoyes are so rude and never willing to help the member out I placed an order and it’s been over a month and I have yet not received my order!!!!! Manager keeps holding me back and does not comunícate!!!!! Glad they are running out of business!!!! They suck

Supposed going out of business sale has prices comparable to what you might find when looking for, literally, the same exact appliances and furniture at various other outlets. DO NOT BUY YOUR APPLIANCES HERE

Went in today and on the bedroom set I was looking at had a price on it and they didn’t want to sell it cause someone wrote the wrong price they sure are conns artist the shoe fits definitely! This may be why they are shutting down price to high

I financed some things from here about a week and a half ago and still haven’t received one of my dressers because apparently it is damaged everytime they receive it my mom has all her clothes on the floor all because I do not understand how a dresser can come damaged 5 times in a row very disappointed and unsatisfied with service

This place will have u select a fridge and give u a smaller one for the same price of the one u choose . I also bought a table from them n they're stuff don't last that why they try to make you get warranty to charge you more

Terrible customer service. Our appliances were scheduled to be delivered in on Dec 31st. We waited the full day for the wrong appliances to be delivered. We refused to sign for them. I was told to call the store we purchased from to set a new delivery date. I called while the delivery man was still standing in my home. The person I spoke with set me up for a new delivery date of Jan 6th. On Friday Jan 5th I get a phone call from a manger at Conn’s asking me why I refused the delivery. I let him know and he told me he would set up a delivery date for me. I asked why when we have one for tomorrow? He said there is nothing scheduled. I then said we have one I called and set it up myself. The manager said he would look into this and call me back. He never called me back. I then had to reach out again and was hung up on by the manger. I called again to find out what was going on and he said there is now a freeze and I will not be getting my appliances on the 6th. No one wants to take responsibility. I called corporate and they would not even speak to me. I even had an employee pose as the district manager. I will never purchase anything from them again.

Do not buy from here, same things from Best buy and other places but marked up for way higher prices. They say they give you deals but in reality they are just either price matching or taking of things like the delivery fee, which they do charge, there's no deals there, just more business, go somewhere else for your needs

Alex was very sweet and tried to help as much as possible to sell us the stove we really wanted. At the end the stove was not in stock and would not be available until the 19th of December and we couldn't wait that long so we purchased a stove from Home Depot.

The employees where knowledgeable, professional, and extremely courteous. The prices on all the items I purchased where great deals. I also well recommend Conn's to all my friends and family.
